We have had a great experience with Country Oaks Animal Hospital and Boarding. We actually started coming here so that my dog Bella could undergo physical therapy and acupuncture after her recent surgery. Dr. Baird met with us for our consultation - she was wonderful, and was the staff that greeted us and helped in the exam room. We are very grateful we found them and look forward to seeing how great Bella will do months from now.

Take care of that our dogs got at Country Oaks was outstanding! They went there for physical therapy and care. Physical therapy is top of the line they have fantastic staff that's always friendly and welcoming and you know your dogs are completely taken care of.

In response to the owner. Let's be clear, Apollo was dropped off on a Sunday. No call was received from your office until I called first on Tuesday to check on Apollo. During that call we were told that she was not eating and agreed to a special chicken dinner at an additional cost. We were not told of snapping or biting attempts until we picked her up on Friday. We received a call on Thursday advising of a "bump above Apollo's tail" and were not concerned about a possible bug bite, as it was referred to, and incurring yet another additional charge added to the already increasing bill, for a "vet visit." Her wound was an open wound found on her left hip, that was the size of a half dollar, and fur was bloody, scabby and matted at the site. She did not have this when we dropped her off, and was not what we would loosely call a "bump." If I was left with a wound like hers, I would snap and bite at staff too! Apollo is a golden doodle and doodles are known to be "mouthy" attempting to "take" their owners, as she does with us, to the door for potty, the cabinet for treats or attempts to want to play or go for a walk. Perhaps her behavior was misinterpreted by staff unfamiliar with the breed. We are aware of Apollo's nervousness but after touring your facility and meeting staff whole seemed to genuinely "care" for the animals in their "care" we thought your facility was the best first step for a kennel stay. We will not be back, for kennel or even vet services. Regards, The Olsens This was the first time boarding our dog Apollo that's almost 2yrs old and the total price I was told on the phone for 5 days went up because they added on more shots and a checkup and not only that, while in their care days after the Vet-checkup Apollo received a WOUND on her backside and they asked me over the phone if I wanted the Vet to look at it, Really! My dog received a WOUND at their kennel on their watch and they want to charge me even more money to have the Vet look at it!!! Besides the kennel looking old and rundown on the inside Apollo will never go back there again! UNACCEPTABLE!
