I just want to say thank you Blue Cross Pet Hospital at North Hollywood Tujunga. First time there and not the way I expected it but you guys were the best. You guys were there thru the whole process with my Max and family. Even now it was not easy process I didn’t have the courage to go pick him up. My husband went and brought his ashes to me. Max wasn’t just another body for them they went beyond sorry I have no words but just thankful.

Small animal hospital, very busy. You definitely want to schedule and manage your medicine as much as you can in one visit. The staff is very friendly and sweet to all critters. Parking is next to the building but does fill out fast, so come early to find parking. Other than that, it’s great.

The best vet ever!! I have been to a few vets in LA, and this one was recommend by my friend (a LA local ) We have had nothing but good experiences. My dog actually likes coming here. They send us post cards and emails when we have upcoming vaccines due. Staff is very nice

This place is my go to if I can’t get into my normal vet. They are very helpful and usually very busy, but the communication is good and they are very knowledgeable. Go early in the day to save some time

The wait time and decline in quality of this place made me change vets. I used to come here 5-6 years ago with no problem and great care. The last few years I repeatedly had bad experiences. Once I had scheduled an appointment well in advance (a very simple wellness exam for a healthy dog) and waited over an hour without even seeing the vet! I had to hound them to even get someone to remember we were there. Another time I took my dog in with a bad upset stomach only needing nausea medication and the vet barely looked at my dog and tried to upsell extremely expensive and unnecessary treatments that were ridiculous. I found another vet closer with a fraction of the wait time and staff who cares about my pet not just my wallet.
