They only will want to you to use their overpriced pharmacy and won't give your pet's prescription over the phone to any outside pharmacy unlike any other vet I used before. Additon after resposne: Dear owner, you know your corporate policies so I don't need to explain outside of here you anymore and I am dishearted that places should help their patients and their guardians make their life easier and cheaper rather make more money by overcharging on the same monthly supplies of the pills by about $100, 55% than my old pharmacy and pharmacy at UC Davis. You do have very professional, kind and compassionate employes there than delt with the situation and me being upset very well, specially the person who talked to me and handled the situation so for them and good care besides that I changed the stars on the review. You still losed a client.

I brought my dog in for having allergies and skin concerns. Dr. Vissar was extremely rude at every visit. She put my dog on prednisone for a total of 4 months which did NOT help his skin. She didn’t provide proper tapering of the medicine which caused my dog to become very sick and almost died! I had to take him to the ER and be charged $10,000 to save his life from her mistake. DO NOT bring your pet here!

5 plus stars in my book! I live out of the area and my puppy was injured while under anothers care. My pup was brought to Devotional and was seen by Dr. Goetze, DVM. Dr. Goetze, nurse and the Devotional staff I've spoke with are very compassionate and experienced at addressing my concerns. We have had 1 follow up and 2 more to go -- scheduling has worked around my 3 hour round trip drive. I love that the phone is always answered by a person and hold time is momentary. I have called a number of times with questions and Dr. Goetze always returns my calls. I have gone to vets in the Bay Area for at least 40 years and never felt as comfortable or confident that my pup is being cared for by the best.

I wish I were visiting these folks under different circumstances, as it seems every visit is insanely expensive even with my "good guy" discount! I am grateful in the end, as everyone seems to have a great deal of empathy and concern for our pets, which in my case is my almost 15 year old Border Collie "BooBoo".. My heartfelt Thanks to you all!

I couldn't ask for a better vet. We are new in town, and I wanted to make sure my cats were all set up with a vet. Yes, new patient checkups sometimes may be pushed out a bit, but it's absolutely worth any wait. The Nurses, techs, front desk folks and the Vets themselves are all so kind and sweet and *genuinely* care about your pets. It's wonderful that they actually take the time to listen to you and work with you for treatment plans. Truly, I'm thankful to have such wonderful people making my babies feel so safe.
