It was an extraordinary experience. I was fully informed in detail, or in brief, the plan of action to keep my dog comfortable if we cannot perform surgery in the near future. Our appointment was flawless. The staff was great. The place was immaculate. I will address that yes you must be prepared to pay as much as if you yourself needed immediate medical attention They have payment options and pamphlets and pet insurance options. Dr. Koyanagi and the crew took exceptional care of N@tto. With ample parking, our late-night walk-in emergency was handled with efficiency and compassion. Their recovery plan was clearly communicated several times, and they were available 24/7 to answer my questions and provide updates. One of our cats had an emergency and we had to bring him in twice over 24h. Staff was engaged and helpful, vet was great, explained everything and walked us through the process. Prices are appropriate for an emergency service. Thank you!

Brought our little guy twice for emergency. Everyone that helped us was so nice and helpful. We were very stressed and scared for our dog, not knowing what would happen. The staff helped us feel at ease and took excellent care of us and our dog. I have complete confidence in VERC in caring for our dogs and feel comfortable knowing they treat us with empathy, patience and kindness.

Thank you guys so much for helping our Winchester before we could get him to surgery with his primary vet!! I cannot express my gratitude enough to all the wonderful people that helped him and watched over him last night!! So very thankful to each and every one of you! Also, it was very affordable compared to the other ER vet we took him to last time he was obstructed with kidney stones!
