For the last three years Dr Dack and his wonderful team have cared for our mature Golden, Rosie. We always recognized that he recommended less invasive approaches to her health issues, and these always worked! Earlier this week when we saw something was suddenly wrong, they had us come in immediately, and Dr Dack called us with test results an hour later. It was a malignancy, and we wanted to minimize her pain. Within 90 minutes, the team had everything prepared and Dr Dack was with us for her last peaceful minutes. He and his team were so respectful and thoughtful, and we will always be grateful for their help.

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with a veterinarian that I feel compelled to share with others. This veterinarian's office selectively takes advantage of people's emotions and uses overcharging tactics that are completely unjustifiable. During my visit to the veterinarian's office, I couldn't help but notice the exorbitant prices for even the most basic services provided. I witnessed firsthand how they exploit pet owners' emotional vulnerability, manipulating them into paying unjustifiably high fees. It was a deeply disappointing experience to say the least. To further validate my concerns, I decided to get a second opinion from another veterinarian. To my astonishment, the identical service I had requested was priced significantly lower—almost $200 less. This stark contrast in pricing only confirmed my suspicions about the unethical business practices employed by the first veterinarian. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before considering this veterinarian. Their exploitative behavior and exorbitant charges serve as a warning to others. It is clear that they prioritize profit over the well-being of animals and the financial concerns of pet owners. In conclusion, I urge pet owners to be vigilant and explore alternative options before choosing this veterinarian. There are undoubtedly more ethical and reasonably priced professionals in the area who genuinely prioritize the welfare of animals and the satisfaction of their owners.

I love you all! You are great with parents and babies :) Jamie is super nice.... and always understands and acomodates us. All the staff knows all of our family and are personable. Dr B is very thorough and knowledgeable.

I feel my dog is well taken care of with you guys! Dr. Dack is very thorough and helpful. He takes his time and I never feel rushed. Our dog has multiple medical needs and Dr. Dack’s guidance/care has helped me to feel less anxious and confident my dog is getting the help he needs. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Lifetime Veterinary Center has been such a pleasure to work with even in some of the most stressful situations. I first called Lifetime Veterinary Center about a week ago. When I called I spoke with both receptionists who went above and beyond to get my cat and I into the clinic THAT DAY to see Dr. Blair Dack. Upon arriving I was greeted by Jamie who was more than competent and sympathetic towards both myself and my cat. I was then put into a clean waiting room where the vet tech and the doctor were both quick to greet me, meet my cat and establish a diagnosis and treatment plan. The vet technician and doctor went above and beyond in educating me on my cats diagnosis and quickly relieved my stress and anxiety. On top of that, they were more than willing to shuffle their schedule around to get my cat into surgery THE FOLLOWING WEEK!!! (other clinics told me it would be 2+ months before they could operate on my cat). It became very evident to me that my baby was in the very best hands. Despite being diagnosed with stomatitis and having nearly all of his teeth surgically removed, I was not worried nor stressed about the procedure after meeting and establishing a relationship with the clinic. My cat was able to come home the same day and the surgery was a huge success! The clinic took their time to explain in great detail the aftercare and sent me home with everything my cat will need to begin his healing. The clinic has been wonderful about following up with me to see how my boy is doing too! The entire team at this veterinary clinic CARES. They show up for your animal and put their whole hearts into this and its very clear. You won't find a better group of people to care for your pets than this group right here! I cannot thank Dr. Blair Dack, Jamie, and Meri enough. You guys have been very thorough, proficient, and dependable throughout this entire process. You guys have SET THE BAR HIGH and I thank you for that.
