After a few years with this clinic I decided to move my dog care elsewhere. Things worked when my dog was young and didn't need anything other than check ups. Now that he is 10 years young, care seemed inadequate and after a visit at another clinic it turned out it was. Great techs but time with the vets is less than minimal so there are no care plans, no instructions or education for the family, impossible to coordinate vaccines with check ups and sick visits. Difficult to get a hold of anyone and calls are not returned. I'm sorry I can no longer support your mission. I am done. I feel badly leaving this review, I am not enjoying this but I too want what is best for the animals. 4/6/24 You almost sound genuine. My experience wasn't recent, this went on for a few years I just don't understand why it took me that long to move on and find care elsewhere.
