So glad I started coming to this vet. All of the staff and Dr. Bridges make me feel very comfortable with the care of my child (aka my dog). She had to have a big surgery to remove some cancer and they calmed me when I was a nervous wreck. They took amazing care of my sweet baby and made me feel at ease. The front desk staff as well as all of the techs are incredibly kind and made me feel very welcomed during every visit. Wouldn't take her anywhere else.

I love Dr Bridges so much. He’s friendly and extremely knowledgeable! But his staff is wildly incompetent. I’ve had vaccinations not put into my pets’ records at least four separate occasions and now I’m having to vaccinate my pet for rabies again because they neglected to put that in her chart at her 16 week visit. A legal, crucial vaccine! I would love to give 5 stars to Dr. Bridges alone, but unfortunately his staff is not detail-oriented in the least. Be ready to triple-check every invoice!

My dog, Farmer, had his neuter surgery 2 years ago with Town and Country and we had such a pleasant and easy experience. This time around, I elected to have a mass removed from Farmer’s leg, (and at no fault to Town and Country) it hasn’t been the easiest for me to take care of post surgery (getting a 3 year old lab to stay still and off his leg is a skill I don’t have). But with every minor set back I was able to get Farmer back into the clinic and taken care of. So although it hasn’t been as easy for me this time around (again, not Town and Country’s fault), it’s been just as pleasant and I am very thankful for Dr. Bridges and his team.

I love the wonderful folks at Town and Country. I have been bringing my poodle and doodle here for over a year. The receptionist is always very helpful and typically gets us booked for a same day appointment. All of the vet techs are so friendly, giving treats to my girls and lots of love! They truly love what they do. They always give me helpful advice. Dr. Bridges is one of the nicest Vets I have ever met. He answers all of my questions, cares about my girls, and even helped me find a solution for my sensitive eater, Layla. I highly recommend this clinic for your fur babies. They even went out of their way to make sure my girls were cared for through Covid- with curbside pickup, and no contact options. Professional, clean, honest, caring and affordable!
