Today was my first visit with a rescue dog with numerous issues. Dr. Chung, the technicians and the receptionist were all really outstanding. 3 vaccinations, nails trimmed, parasite exam, a very thorough exam, evaluation of hips and anxiety and more. The care was excellent. Very impressive operation and facilities. Dr. Chung explained things clearly and suggested options without any pressure and with compassion. To cap things off, the bill was shockingly reasonable.

We were new to the area and our dog became sick suddenly in the late afternoon. Another vet recommended Burnt Store Animal Hospital because they were open later. We were able to get in that day and she ended up having surgery the next day. We were fortunate to have gotten her in as she could have died if we waited. The people there were wonderful, my dog was diagnosed quickly and for a reasonable fee. I cannot thank them enough.

I spoke with Dr. Kerr about some mishaps that occurred with my puppies treatment. He was beyond helpful and extremely informational. He has given me confidence to address anything that may arise in the future with my dogs treatment. I felt much better leaving the vet today.

We have been taking my dog here for years and he is a very excited dog. He is always taken care of so properly and the team is very compassionate and affectionate. Special shot out to Cade who takes care of my dog and gives him hugs. We appreciate everyone at this location for their professionalism and kindness to the animals that they take care of. I leave my dog boarding and they also do his grooming. I am always a happy client and so is my dog. Internally grateful!

My husband and I moved from Fort Myers to Punta Gorda a few months ago. We wanted to change our dog’s vet due to his health issues and the drive back and forth to Fort Myers, but we weren’t sure how much longer he was going to be around. I wish now that we had changed to Burnt Store Animal Hospital. Sam had a rough time yesterday with seizures and never recovered fully. We didn’t want him to suffer any more pain. The staff went above and beyond with our situation. They were so emphatic and their extraordinary efforts helped us with saying goodbye to our dog, Sam. We can’t thank this group enough for the immediate attention needed when most other places were closed. If you are looking for a team that will help your fur babies, this is the place to go!
