Dear Traci: Gosh, I dreaded going to the vet today because I thought Titan was going to put up a big fight with blood draw and urine collection. Knots in my stomach. Sad and all! 🥴🥴🥴 But it went smoothly!😃😃 One-two-three. Done! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Am so grateful! Dr. Citek, "The Professor", was the best! And your staff was wonderful too! Thank you so much for my Titan!

Took my pit bull dog to see the doctor. I was given a bill of over $500.00. My dog was suppose to have a blood test because I was concerned about her having cancer. This doctors office runs differently than most you make an appointment wait in your car and an attendant comes for the dog. You pay $40.00 for the doctor to JUST SEE the dog. Then after that the doctor calls you and tells you what he thought was needed. I was given a bill and thought we needed to do something! So I agreed. One of the things he was suppose to do was give my dog a blood test. I was relieved that he told me that she didn’t have cancer. Over the next two weeks the dog started to go downhill fast. My son took her to his vet and they also did a blood test. Apparently my dog suffered a stroke and she DID have cancer! Something that the vet at beyond should have caught! Not happy at all.

If you really love your pet don't bring them here. Brought my dog told them he's gagging here and there, his heart beat feels more intense his head is rocking with his heart beat rythm. They took my dog inside you have to wait outside, then the doctor called said he has a cough and just hung up on me in the middle of my questions. Employee comes out with my dog antibiotics and pills for cough and charges me $260.00. I was convinced that was the problem trusting the vets diagnosis. He was getting worst I called they said finish giving him his meds. 2 weeks later my lil guy let out a cry and horrifically died in my arms bloody foam pouring out his mouth as I was walking in the emergency. He had heart issues and was drowning in his own fluids. I trusted the vet and ended up having to put him down because the emergency wanted like $5000 first before doing anything for him he passed looking into my eyes. I only put one star because 0 stars ain't an option.

Last minute price hike. It's happened more than once to me here at above and beyond and I'm drawing the line. I don't appreciate business's with sneaky tactics. Right before you pay they change it, say your pet needs it and can't continue. I ask to speak to the doctor and instead I get employees that can't do anything. They're just a business, don't care about your pets just your money. They rescheduled my appointment. Dealing with the different price hike as originally told, they inform me, "oh by the way you have to reschedule and pay another $40". Do not, do not come and deal with bad practices and bad customer service.

Great service, very nice people. I recommend anyone who has a hurt/sick animal to take them there.

Quick, and I like how you have to stay in your car. Their prices are relatively low, lower than other places I've been. The doctor is a little off the rails but very fun and when it gets down to what's wrong with your pet, he is gonna know 100%. I wish they would disclose prices or advertise it more. This is my vet now, going to get my dogs dental done here for sure 👍🏼
