This business love to take advantage of people. When the are under contract to tent a person's home they do not show up on time and damages people homes and then don't want to take responsibility for what damage they do. They expect people that are in there 70 and 80 to do prep work knowing that it is to hard for them to do and don't tell you that it needs done untill they show up to tent.

We live in an older home in Siesta so pest concerns can be a problem. But, we never have had any issues in six years.
