I am AMAZED! The veterinary handled my powerful breed and made him calm!! No harsh tactics, he even tried to nip her but she still stayed calm and calmed my dog. VERY HONEST!!! She could have tacked on so many lab test but no not one was needed!!! She put her focus on the care and well being of the animal UNLIKE every other vet we have been to that is trying to upsell prescription drugs, flea and tick medication, and heart worm medication. Gave and prescribed Only EXACTLY what my dog needed and at his age of 10, no harsh treatments!! Highly recommend to Every animal owner. First HONEST veterinary EVER! She also answers and explained in detail all of our questions we had with patience!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Ark Animal Hospital. I was referred by a good friend, and was impressed immediately by the good customer service over the phone making the initial appointment. My little guy has severe allergies so before Ark, we would go into the vet about once a month - Dr. Maus and her amazing team has changed that!!! We figured out what works for him, and now he does the standard visits to the vet - a welcome change to the 5+ times a month we had to do in 2021/2022. The location is perfect, the office is warm and welcoming, and I’ve never waited in the front more than 2 minutes. My little guy found his forever doctor and we are SO grateful for that!

Dr Maus, Denise and staff have been like family. Dr Maus is exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. She listens and always answers any questions. She is very intuitive and informative. I just moved to FL and found this vet. I have a bulldog and they aren’t easy to diagnose. The Dr. got on the floor and covered all bases. She doesn’t sell you things you don’t need. The staff is beyond wonderful and I am thankful. They are my new vet.

Dr. Moss was so kind to my Pablo. She sat on the floor with him to help him get comfortable. She explained everything perfectly to me. Pablo and I felt very comfortable with her. Highly recommend

Dr. Maus and the staff at Arc Animal Hospital have been like family to me and my numerous fur babies for almost twenty years. I trust them with my four legged family members life's. They are kind and thoughtful, and honestly care about you and your pets
