I have been with Bright Cross as a customer for over 20 years. All my dogs have had great care from the docs and all the staff there. They are like family to me and I trust them and are so grateful for the amount of love and care they give to my fur babies. Bishop,Link, Senna and Sugar are all at the Rainbow Bridge ,and now our new bundle of fur Freckles is now in their care, he's 8mo and we can't wait to be able to get the best care for him. I will never take my cat to another vet after coming to Bright Cross. I recently adopted a cat and she was having so many skin issues, to the point that she was losing fur and skin. Her back legs were so scabbed that they felt hard. Her ears were also completely scabbed over along with around her eyes and mouth. I had previously taken her to another vet where they sent me off with antibiotics and told me she was completely fine. 2 weeks later I saw all of her fur falling off her back legs and one of her paws was completely scabbed over and looked swollen. I initially had an appointment with Bright Cross that was a week away but I was so concerned about her condition that I called and asked if I could bring her in early. They fit me in on a very obviously busy day and I am so grateful for this. My cat had litter and all sorts of scabbing and puss stuck in her paw pads that she needed to be put under to be properly treated. Dr.Shiner was AMAZING and was so communicative with everything that was going on with my fur baby. She answered all of my one million and four questions that I had and she ran so many tests on my cat to rule out as many illnesses as possible. She went above and beyond for my cat and I was so pleased with the visit. After running all these tests we concluded that my cat has an autoimmune issue and I feel relieved that I finally have some answers. They were also great about working with the pricing of the visit and even gave me an on-the-house x-ray to rule out any possible tumors. My cat seems so much happier and is starting to show her personality more which makes me extremely happy. I will definitely be recommending Bright Cross to any of my pet parent friends. P.S.- My sister also goes to Bright Cross for her two husky mix breeds and she has been so happy with the service. Her one dog has been having so many bladder issues and other vets ruled it as hormonal issues. Bright Cross ran x-rays and ultrasounds and found that she had a tumor pressing up against her bladder and they are working out a treatment plan and my sister is finally finding peace in knowing what is wrong with her sweet girl.

We take our beloved dog to Bright Cross animal clinic because it’s close to our home and they are professional and caring. I trust that they will take care of our dog’s routine needs and be there in the event that something goes wrong for him. That’s reassuring, of course. Bright cross deserves five stars, except for the fact that I find them to be very expensive. I wouldn’t recommend going there if money is an issue. There are less expensive options.

Dr O is Very compassionate and caring with our little DeeDee. I never feel rushed and all my questions are answered throughly. Laura her vet assistant goes above and beyond for us and I wouldn’t go any where else. Highly recommend this office.

I just moved here from out-of-state and and was very concerned with finding the best fit for my pets. My dog especially as he doesn't do well with men. Fortunately for me a majority of the staff here is women so it worked out really well. Everybody is friendly with the veterinarians well educated and compassionate. I am very happy that I have chosen Right Cross and feel confident I will continue with them. I felt very comfortable from the minute that I walked in the door.
