Nothing but great things to say about this location, their staff, and the way my dogs have been treated! They are upfront about pricing, explain the reasoning for suggesting different tests/meds, and don't push if I decide to decline a service. One of my dogs recently had surgery here and Dr. Serrano-Laureano and team did a great job. She's still in recovery but doing well and we feel confident in our decision to have the procedure done here!

This location is MUCH better than the winter garden one. It's brand new and the staff kind and attentive. I will be coming back. The vet actually listened to my concerns and I can tell is looking for the best care! I brought in my cat Zooey.

They only care to charge you For everything, sell you tests, medicine etc. They vaccinated my dog and the next day he started with a horrible cough. I wrote to them and it’s been days and no one answered . Also they took him to another place to check him and vaccinate him without me so I wasn’t able to see anything. I also did a test for heartworms and didn’t get results, just prescriptions for the preventive medicine. Once they have sold you whatever they wanted they don’t care anymore why you’re there. I needed to get insurance with the company they’re partner with but left empty handed… they said they were gonna send me an email. Of course they didn’t. The place looks nice but I wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

Staff are absolutely fantastic, listened to all my concerns and addressed each throughout the visit. Checked through the history to see what was needed and made sure everything was taken care of to avoid having to come back in the next few months. Overall great facility.

The team and doctor were caring and helpful. They have a variety of care plans with minimal monthly payments and it even comes with free boarding days and can cover cleanings and spay/neuter. I thought it was a great value. Dr gave great recommendation for tear stains too.
