I have been going to this clinic for over five years and have been nothing but amazed every single time I need care for my pets. Dr. Colom is extremely patient and attentive to both pets and their respective parents alike. I have to give a shout out to the staff who greets me with the biggest smile, and knows all of my pets names by heart every time I walk through the door! Angela, Mia, Thomas are all absolute rock stars, and make me feel so secure and comfortable with all of the needs my pets may have. I can’t wait to see how much bigger and better they get once construction is done, my heart and my pets will always belong to universal animal clinic!

Absolutely the best clinic I have walked into. You get greeted by a friendly smile and they truly listen to what you have to say. Any questions you have will be answered politely and with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure my cats were properly treated for and even worked with us financially. Thank you so much!!! 10/10!! Best spot around Millenia !!!

A truly special place. My little buddy of 17 years got super sick very fast. Dr Juan and his staff treated myself and Mr Saber with the utmost respect. A truly wonderful place.

Great experience here. We were visiting from Canada with our dog who broke her nail real bad at the base and it was all infected. She's 85lbs, dog aggressive and hates people touching her paws so we were worried about her seeing a vet she doesn't know but they were so good with her. Took the nail off, treated the infection and gave us meds with clearly explained after care instructions. They even called the next day to check in and see how she was doing. I had a few more questions about the meds and the actual vet came on the line to answer my questions. My vet at home doesn't even do that. These guys saved my dogs paw and saved my vacation.

The best in Orlando, they truly care of your babies. I am so thankfull I found this place 7 years ago for a friend's recommendation, and since then until my baby plassed away. They walked with me and my baby Matias in every situation that came during those years, They showed care and empathy doing things like: Doctor waved a visit and only charged medicine when my dog had an emergency surgery due to a pitbull attack. He saw I spent a lot of money in the emergency room and He did that for me. When I went on vacation I left my dog on boarding with them and they took care of him and Thomas sent me pictures and videos of my dog and answer me back all the time when I texted him to his personal number that he kindly gave me. <3 When I went with my dog out of the country for over a year they always remembered me and my dog, Angela is and angel literally, I called from my country cuz I needed to refill my dog's prescription and she faxed the prescription to the pharmacy for me without the need of a doctor's visit even 1 year after, she always remembered my Dog's name and me, she was very sweet with my dog in every visit, she helped me to find a clinic when he was diagnosticed with a heart problem. She called them and booked an appointment for me, she is amazing. At the end of those years when it was time to say bye I knew it had to be there where people trully care about my baby and me, They did all the process with Matias and Angela even cried with us for my baby I saw how much she cared and loved the babies that she work with. She took him to my vehicle after all and gave us a hug and the perfect words to confort us. I thank God for this Hospital, also prices are much better and service than any other place. Is been a month without Matias and still hurts but I feel so much gratitud for all those years with such a great support specially the last 2 years of his sickness. Thank you to all the staff of UNIVERSAL ANIMAL Clinic. The best !!!!!!!! you are amazing love you all and always be gratfull. Than you Angela, a real angel for the pets and families. Matias loved you all and from heaven is smailing now. Thank you for making his days better.

I can’t say enough good things about the veterinary clinic I bring my pets to. The staff there has a level of compassion and sensitivity for animals that I’ve never encountered anywhere else. They truly treat our furry family members like their own, and it’s evident in the care and attention they provide. It’s comforting to know that my pets are in such caring hands. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the best for their beloved animals.
