Thorough and efficient veterinary services. I have visited 2 Banfield locations over the past year during the pandemic; this location is inside a well-organized PetSmart and close to many shops. Coco loves to visit her Banfield friends! I have a wellness plan with my new kitty (so worth it! Better deal than pet insurance, IMO) and I really like being able to use the app to book appointments at multiple locations & look at your pet’s stats. The chat feature in the app is available 24/7 to speak with a doctor, where you can ask questions and send photos to the doctor to look at in real time. Super helpful guidance when Coco decided to eat some “Cocoa Snacks” from my purse (“not for cats!”) and when she chewed off part of her rainbow dancer ribbon toy. 💩🌈

Hi, my name is Inez. Banfield always takes great care of my baby, Fluffy. They treat and comfort Fluffy as if she were part of their family. The staff is always polite and welcoming. They go out of their way to answer my questions as soon as they can. I thank God He's given me such wonderful people to look after my Fluffy.

Very nice staff, but check in and check out takes Atleast 30-45 minutes both times I’ve come in with appointments I’ve been to other Banfields and they’ve been much better in communication.
