Coming Arch literally saved my beloved dog’s life. Their costs were actually a bit less than where he had been going regularly for 5 yrs-where his issue was not accurately diagnosed. He was actually calm too which was a first. I think it’s due to the energy and expertise of the staff. Arch does general AND emergency care.
The building clearly says 24-7!!! Took my cat there at 12am. They quickly took my $200 and looked at him, only to tell me that he needs to go to an another hospital because they close at 1am. A) they should have said something when I arrived, not after they took my $200… People were nice and place was clean but don’t go there if your animal will have to stay at the hospital (aka the reason why you are going to the emergency Vet???) Remove the 24-7 and tell people before you get their money! This could have been a positive review instead! (Photo from web)
I was seen almost immediately when my dog was sick moving from overseas to here. I am active duty military so many things were new for me and my family moving here. They were prompt, respectful, and kind. I will ensure to bring my dog here moving forward. Plus the interior design is beautiful!!
Very friendly folks! Took good care of our son’s dog and we’re so gentle with him! Even trimmed his nails! Alondra and Isabella were super friendly!
These are the friendliest and most accommodating veterinarians and staff I've ever come across. We've never had a problem making an appointment; we were even able to bring our dog in right away for what I thought was her ingesting some illegal substance while on a walk on the 3 Creeks bike path. They saw us right away and the cost for the whole experience was reasonable. The only issue I have (and why not 5 stars) is that they won't write prescriptions for preventative drugs like Heartguard or Bravecto so you can buy them at a pharmacy.
The earlier reviews were correct. I called in to get my sick dwarf bunny checked, and the receptionist told me it was $131 for the original exam. They looked at my bunny, already in rough shape, and found maggots. The doctor came back and gave me two estimates for maggot treatment ($2020) and for euthanasia (960). Before I was ready to take the next step, I wanted to take the bunny to my family to say goodbye. The nurse asked me if I wanted to take pain medicine home to help with pain. At the moment, of course, I agreed to $112 liquid medicine. The other nurse brought the bunny to the front and put him on the chair. At that moment, I could tell that my bunny didn't have any heartbeat and was lying without any movement. The original nurse came out with the medicine and said I could take it home. I asked her if they had already given it to the bunny, and she said no (really strange why they didn't do it). I am 6 months pregnant and susceptible to smells, so I asked her to please give my bunny the syringe. She walked up to him and started looking for the heartbeat. I could tell he was already gone. The nurse said I should hurry home so I could take him to my family without giving him the medicine. I knew that she lied and that it was already late. They ensured that I paid for the bill, which said $165 instead of the original $131, and gave me medicine I never used. This morning, they had the guts to call to check on my bunny. I don't understand how they can lie to people like that and sleep at night scamming pet owners.
