I found an old senior Chihuahua blind, likely deaf,with no teeth to hold his little tongue in his mouth, that was in parking lot of a large complex that had a lot of traffic in and out. I am sorry that people have so little compassion for these creations of God. The Care center was who I called 1st the following morning and I was greeted by a good person who explained a chip would be looked for and he would be properly cared for regardless. There are very few IF ANY places like this in San Mateo County where I live, but now I know this place, and won't forget about the understanding I saw when others were in line to "turn in" lost dogs and cats that they had found. I am so grateful for this place.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and patient, the whole adoption process was smooth and quick. I enjoyed meeting the staff and seeing facility. They were also very cautious with covid but made the whole experience rewarding.

Gabino was awesome! Very friendly especially when I had to wait for my drink at the bar. That was so annoying but Gabino was very apologetic. Thank u Gabino!

Very helpful. Had to give up 2 dogs. I felt confident that they would be placed with good people. Not the easiest thing to do but they made it easier.
