We've been bringing our pets since 1997. Very caring and knowledgeable team. Dr Estrada and Debbie were there for us when we needed them most. When we had to euthanize our Maggie they were so caring. I recommend highly.

They are the most compassionate people. My dog was acting a bit freaked out & instead of just forcing the situation, they came & inquired how we would like them to continue. Because we had just adopted our sweet pup & the matter was something that could wait, we decided to wait until our follow up visit. They cared about how she felt & wanted to make it a positive experience. They truly show how important it is to navigate new territory with the utmost respect. 10 out of 10 always recommend this place. They could bilk people for money, but never do. They just do whatever is best for the animals they care for. I love this place.

I’ve been calling for two straight hours just so I can get my dogs immunization records. I called early around 12pm and was told they would be sent to me and then nothing. I never want to come back here I just want my dogs records. I honestly don’t know who I have to contact just to get them.

I first brought my corgi, Hamilton, here for him to get fixed since his original vet had a long wait. It was in 2021 during COVID and I was so appreciative to get a quick appt and labs done with a short turnaround. They took care of him and everything went so smoothly! I ended up sticking with Riv Animal Hospital and have been coming here ever since. I love that they always have appts that suit my schedule and are always so welcoming. Hamilton loves to stop and say hi to everyone and is obsessed with their dog treats 😂 Thank you for always taking care of him!

My poor dog got attacked by another dog/coyote. After going to 4 other vets and animal hospitals, the lowest quote we got for her surgery was too high and we were considering to put her down. We love her and the doctors/staff here understood that. They were able to perform the surgery at a much more reasonable rate and everything went well. She is happy and healthy and it’s all thanks to the good owners/doctors/staff here!

We've been here before for a surgery on one of my dogs but it's incredibly difficult getting someone on the phone to speak to. I was put on hold for 16 minutes. Thinking that the line was dead, I called again but they immediately hung up, and now they are closed despite it being 4:30 and their closing time is at 6!! If you're going to be closing up shop earlier than usual, then you should be updating your hours here on Google, not leaving your calls unanswered or dropping the line. I think I'll have to look elsewhere to take my business now.
