Our dog was having trouble breathing and was dying. They didn't help us until after she had died. Then they immediately brought her to an exam room and tried cpr. We had to pay a fee for critical services. By the time we paid, she had already died. She died in pain and they didn't help until the moment she was dying. Waited almost 3-4 hours to be helped, and for what? As we were leaving the building there was a lady sitting on the bench talking on her phone saying "the doctor was taking too long and that she was 3rd in line waiting." (We were fourth in line). We jumped up to 1st in line only after our dog had died. Take this review however you want.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE!! Please go the extra 10 miles to Redlands or Grand Terrace or any Animal ER besides this one! What is the point of being an ER and you won't do anything until you get paid first? These people are not into the welfare and care of the animals. They are into the $$$! Period. I brought my dog in for the 2nd time thinking since I was there prior in DEC 2023 it would be better because I am in their system. After $1500 charge for a ruptured tooth that my regular vet removed. These guys do unnecessary testing. Why do I need a body X-ray for a bleeding tooth? This place is a disgrace. Shame on the staff that honors a paycheck over their love for helping the animals. How can I make a decision on what to do and the Vet has not talked to me or looked at my dog to give me options? DO NOT COME TO THIS VET ER CLINIC!! No compassion for animals and all the love for the money!! I went home and waited 3hrs to see my regular Vet and was charged $100 with a solution, pain meds and a allergy shot. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!! SAVE YOURSELF MORE HEARTBREAK AND GETTING UPSET!

Amazing place! The staff are all super sweet and amazing! They were super kind and empathic when I came in to euthanize my late dog. The staff here really care about what they do and are sweet. Thank you for making a difficult experience of mines a bit better.

This place is great, the people here are great, the place is really clean and open 24 hours on the weekend. Took our very special case, mini dachshund, Took him in with An allergic reaction, And he was fixed up within 6 hours. He looked like a brand new pup. It was great, very prompt, not a bad deal either, For a weekend emergency.

I lost my yellow Labrador to lung cancer. Probably the worst I have ever seen I have been a vet tech for years. Arlington Animal Hospital made me and my family very happy with the treatment and compassion towards our pet and our family thank you for everything. Much love from the Rodriguez family thank you AAH for being our family with our Buck. Thank you for helping me keep my memory of my pet Yellow Labrador Retriever Buck. I can’t thank AAH enough.

Brought in my kitty because he was in critical condition. They automatically ask for a deposit without even checking my cat. Then the front desk red head lady with glasses has a condescending attitude and tone her name was Emma. Extremely rude and zero compassion for the situation. They charge $100 just for the doctor to be able to see your pet. The doctor just weighted him and checked his pulse. That’s literally it these doctors are incompetent and money-hungry. After they told me my kitty couldn't be saved I had to leave the room to debrief my mom and siblings on what was going on. Emma then comes and starts yelling while I have tears running down my face talking about how I couldn't leave the the cat alone in the room. 1st of all the doctor told me I could excuse myself from the room since she understood the situation I was going through and understood the fact that I wanted to tell my mom what was going on and to get some Comfort. 2nd of all I understand if it's against protocol to leave the pet alone in the room but to see me grieving and to come and yell at me? Like, be so Serious Right Now. I sadly lost my baby but I cannot get over how I was treated at this vet very humane and with no compassion for the circumstances. Please save ur coin and go to Redlands emergency let hospital.
