First off I wouldn’t recommend their Grooming service to anyone . I spoke with Thomas the store manager and he was rude . And told me don’t come back since I wasn’t happy! Wow! I went in for a bath, nail trim brush, cut and the whole package . Left with only a bath . My dog was still wet. They didn’t even try to trim hair down! Then they tried to over charge me . I’m so disappointed. I could have just bathe them at home for FREE!! The manager wasn’t in so I couldn’t speak with him. I pais 50$ just for a bath. What an expensive bath !

What can i say other than its still the same as it was 20 year's ago,. Everything is still in the same place, same type of merchandise, pet food, the same services, and same experience. I guess one of the workers overheard me stating that I needed feeder mice, more specifically pinkies. For those of you who don't know those are really small brand new baby mice with no fur they're still pink. Well that's not what I asked for but yet she refused to sell me any mice I However, I will say that the lack of variety of animals for sale and live food, is pretty disappointing and confusing. I myself normally don't buy animals from pet stores but I : Pretty much all they had was snakes in every tank on the reptile side of the store but yet they won't sell me mice. EVen my daughter was disappointed .😳😖😤.

Took both our nervous dogs in to get their nails trimmed and filed, and Carleigh was absolutely perfect with both of them! She had a great, calming demeanor with the dogs, did an amazing and very fast job on their nails, and had a very warm and welcoming personality with us. We couldn't be happier with her and the job she did, and how great our fur babies behaved with her! Both our girls have pretty pedicures now :)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff who always take the time to give my Buddy some lovin' and a treat! It's obvious that the employees love animals, and they really seem to enjoy working for PetSmart. It's always a pleasure to shop at this location. I'm including a picture of Buddy for your viewing pleasure. The squeaky ball in this picture, came from PetSmart - just sayin'
