I was grateful to have AJS come out on such short notice today to remove a snake out of my yard! I called 3 other wildlife services, but they were all booked or out of coverage area. AJS saved my day, and was able to bag the snake and take it away! I worked with Ryan from AJS to remediate a pesky squirrel who set up camp in my attic and wouldn't leave after repeated eviction requests. They got very strategic as the squirrel kept finding new ways around their traps, but we finally caught him and now my attic is nice and quiet once again! No more unwanted tenants! Super friendly service, very professional, loved having the cameras watching their traps. would use again but hope to not ever have to. :)

My husband and I are so appreciative of the service provided by AJS Wildlife Solutions. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew, Matthew and Ryan. This is a professional, knowledgeable and skilled team. They were able to solve the mystery of the unknown critters that were invading our new home. They sealed the openings that were allowing the uninvited guests to enter and removed those that were already in the house. From start to finish - this company was amazing. I'd been getting bids and info from several companies, but none had a comprehensive solution. Several companies talked about expensive repairs but couldn't guarantee their results. I had a long conversation with the owner, who talked about his background, also the fact that they use ethical and sustainable practices that make sure to get rid of the problem. It's also important that they are able to scope out your house with the background of getting rid of ALL wildlife pests. Ryan came and did a top to bottom inspection of the house and told me what he found. He even unscrewed baseboards and crawled into tight spaces, which was so appreciated because we have quite an old house. He spotted early signs that bats could've been eyeing our house and he even took care of that without me even asking. Also, all their work is guaranteed, and if there's any issues you just call them back. I really appreciated the science based and ethical solutions, and it was great to find a company that guarantees their work. It's been 6 months since the repairs and it's so great knowing that our house is comprehensively and proactively covered.

Andrew and Matt have been great to work with. Both have been very professional and have taken the time to answer all of our questions. We had a bat in our house and Andrew came at 10:00pm to capture the bat and then helped me put a temporary barrier on the fireplace. It was too dark and rainy to do a full inspection that night but Matt came the next day and spent over 2 hours doing a comprehensive inspection. He then sat with us and explained the inspection and gave us a bid on what it would cost to complete the work. I was surprised that not only could AJS capture the bat and find out it’s most likely entry point but they could also do the repair work too. I thought I would have to hire another company to do that. At no time did it feel like a pushy sales pitch or that we were being sold unneeded repairs. Andrew and Matt seemed to genuinely care about the work and it shows.

My referral to AJS came from my granddaughter who works at Wash U where AJS had done some work. I spoke with Andrew who very clearly explained the process and their pricing. We set up an appointment for Ryan to conduct an assessment. Ryan not only arrived on time but texted me a half hour prior to let me know that he was on his way. His assessment was thorough, included many photos and pricing. I reviewed the plan and selected what I wanted done and not done. We set a date for the process to begin and once again Ryan was right on time. Problem solved, repairs made all smooth and professional. Count me as a satisfied customer.
