My kitten Lily needed to be spayed. When you walk in the front door, you can tell they love cats. Cat trees everywhere and several cats greet you. I picked up Lily the next day and everyone there was so kind and helpful. The vet was friendly and even let me know I had a rare type of kitten and what to expect. I have found the vet I will use for all my cats. My kitten was calm and rode home without even fussing. I highly recommend The Cat Doctor.
Sadly, I had to use their services to euthanize my 17+ year old kitty. I put it off for weeks. Then one morning I just knew it had to be done, she was suffering and it wasn’t fair to her. I didn’t even bother calling my local vet because they rarely have openings even for emergencies. I tried the Cat Doctor and they kindly got me in right away without an appointment. The vet (wish I had gotten her name) was so kind and compassionate, she cried along with my mother and I. It was very touching. It’s obvious that they love the cats they treat, even those that belong to people who aren’t regular, loyal clients. I will back.
No other place to take your cat! Kind, Compassionate, Professional, Thorough, Friendly Doctors and Staff. The Best❣️😻❣️😺❣️😽❣️
I boarded my 2 kitties for 2 weeks at the Cat Doctor's boarding facility. They are looking good and back to their normal routine. We chose one of the bigger rooms with windows facing the parking lot. We will definitely board them again with The Cat Doctor. Thank you for taking good care of "our babies."
My fiancé and I took our cat, Dash, to The Cat Doctor Feline Medical Center not long ago. The doctors were very friendly and caring. I think Dash could sense it is a safe environment because he calmly allowed the doctors/nurses to pick him up. Sometimes, Dash won't let us hold him... lol - If you need help for your cat(s), go here!! ❤️
We brought our cat here for a neuter and had concerns about a UTI and potentially diabetes. The doctor dismissed our concerns about both, saying "its just an intact male cat" and neutered him. We gave him his full antibiotic treatment they sent us home with and a week and a half later, he was admitted to the ICU at UVH because he went into diabetic ketoacidosis, he DID in fact have a UTI, AND he STILL ended up with an infection from his neuter. So. We will NOT be back. I’m extremely disappointed and upset because now we’re about 8k in debt because the Cat Doctor didn’t take our concerns seriously and chalked it up to him being an intact male cat, refusing to take any other symptoms into consideration. We're lucky our baby is still alive. Edit 2/28/24: our baby had to be put to sleep last Saturday due to complications with his kidneys. This grief isn't something I'd wish on my worst enemy. Don't bring your babies here if you suspect something serious is going on.
