On April 3, 2024 I brought my baby Chester up there when he was very sick. The doctor was kind and gentle. He gave me some medicine to keep him comfortable, and on our way we went. I came back April 12 and I met with Dr. Durov. He explained to me that the kindest thing I could do for Chester was to let him go. I made the decision to help him cross the Rainbow Bridge that day and I would not have asked for a more caring and gentle vet. Dr. Durov is an amazing, kind man. Fast forward to June 5, I brought my other baby, Cooper in. Since losing Chester Iām so paranoid of losing Cooper, too. So I knew I HAD to take him to the vet, even if it was for peace of mind. Dr. Erin and her tech (I cannot remember her name) were so amazing. They loved on Cooper like he was their own. They were so kind and walked me through every single detail about why Cooper was sick and what medicine they were giving him and all that. I love UVH with all my heart for how the treated Chester, and now my baby Cooper. I will literally never go anywhere else.

Love UVH! Dr. Pierce is professional and compassionate and never rushes you through the appointment. He wants to make sure you understand the situation and also follows up afterward with detailed notes to your personal email. I feel very comfortable leaving our girl Skittle with him knowing that she is getting outstanding care.

University Veterinary Hospital was easy to find and had good parking. The staff were so friendly, and greeted us by name at the door. We checked in without any issues and had a brief, but comfortable, wait in the waiting area. Someone came to gather a few additional details and to collect my pet to take him to be seen. The examination took about a half hour, give or take. The doctor came back to review his findings and was friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He took his time to listen to my feedback and concerns and addressed everything with care. He never once made me feel rushed. I felt that my pet was in very capable and very gentle hands. This is very important to me as my pet is in his senior years and needs more personalized care. Everything about our experience was exceptional. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised with how detail oriented and well-executed everything was at this facility.

Amazing facility and staff! Dr. Shelby was aggressive in finding out what was happening in my yorkie. The diagnostics, exam, and treatment, without doubt, saved her life from fluid overload due to CHF. We are thankful and grateful for Dr. Shelby's determination to get an accurate diagnosis. This facility is top notch!

University Veterinary Hospital was AMAZING! This was our first time visiting UVH, and Dr. Shelby and her team made me and my 8 week old kitten feel perfectly safe and taken care of. She was enthusiastic to work with us and explained each step of the appointment as she went. I highly recommend you visiting UVH!

There aren't words for how much I love this place. The front desk workers were amazing. They're wonderful at accommodating pets that aren't exactly thrilled to be here.I have four babies that I bring to see Dr. Pollock and Nurse Shelley. Two of mine are easy patients, but two are not. Vet appointments with my cat Bree and dog Io have been nightmares in the past. Bree is very much a "one person" cat and Io is incredibly fear aggressive. I was so impressed with the patience and care that the UVH team showed my girls. Dr. Pollock was never in a hurry and was so calm. She was able to persuade Io to eat treats out of her hand and did the entire visit on the ground to keep her comfortable which I appreciated so much. The cat music and slow approach to everything she did was very helpful with my cat Bree, who hissed and growled but decided to allow Dr. Pollock to keep her fingers. š. My other two are well behaved at the vet but one has a multitude of health problems. I have NEVER had someone take that much time with me to explain choices and what exactly the options were moving forward. Everything was explained to me! I highly recommend UVH!
