This review is specifically about the dog training. I took off a star because they really need to do a better job of taking care of those betta fish. Unless they just do that on purpose because they know that people will feel sorry and by them just to give them a better life. As for the dog training the trainer I had was named Noah. She is very knowledgeable about dog training. You can tell that she went to school or took some classes for dog training. She is one of those kinds who really takes pride in what she does. Like a teacher who is fresh out of college with peter pan ideas before the system burns them out. My dog was comfortable with her after the sniff test and my dog is never ever comfortable around other people. Unfortunately, my dog wasn't socialized enough to tolerate being around barking dogs. But I think for the price it is a good idea to start your dog with training. My dog already knew a few commands, but we did learn how to watch which is helpful to have my dog be solely focused on me.

The online ordering process did not meet expectations. Nothing happened as described. I placed an order on 5/ 10 at 8:49 AM and the payment immediately went pending. I didn't get an email promptly as described. Only after contacting customer service did I get a response at 3:42 and was told I could pick up the order. I didn't care to get out at that time on Friday afternoon. I finally got an order confirmation May 11at 12:45 AM explaining that the order could be picked up the next day because it was made after closing and that I would get an email when it was ready. Again, I placed the order at 8:49 AM the previous morning. I never received the order ready to pick up email. I made the trip to the store anyhow and could not find the designated online pickup desk. I got in line at a cashier that was 5 deep. When I got to the cashier, she confirmed that the cashier line was the place to go for online order pick up. All in all, I could have just gone to the store, picked out my product and gone through the cashier line and saved a lot of time. PetSmart's online ordering system is the least efficient I've ever experienced.

I had the most helpful service when I went there and I look forward to it again and so does ACE, it was our first time and it was cool. We got a lot of new freebies and used some new coupons, and we got a new name tag as well and a few other things, but most of all is how kind and helpful the workers are, and for the work they do I feel they need a raise, cuz today they made my day as a proud new parent of a cute fur baby named ACE. I think y'all so much for the hard work and Hospitality you guys do.

The doordasher delivered the wrong order to me. Doordash was supposed to send someone out to correct it but never did. I had to go to the store to return the wrong product. They made it right and gave me a discount since I had to come to the store. Great customer service!

I used their grooming service. The staff was very nice, but my dog was returned to me very wet, still shedding profusely, and did not receive his nail trim. Definitely not what I expected out of a $70 service.
