The staff are so friendly and always treat my cat with kindness and care. From patience when coaxing her out of the carrier to keeping her as calm as possible during examinations, to ensuring she got pricked the least number of times possible when drawing blood, I really felt they did everything they could to make the experience for my cat as positive as it could be given the circumstances. From the owners perspective they explain things in a professional and easy to understand manner. They go above and beyond to keep me from worrying needlessly, calling me to explain test results as soon as they come in, even if it is after hours. They walk you through every step of the process, and put your pet first, and make sure you clearly understand your options and the next steps, and answer what must seem to be unlimited questions with patience, grace, and knowledge. I also want to note that they always explained the cost of everything before it was performed and explained all potential options with no judgement when explaining alternatives in case budget made things infeasible. I can not recommend them enough.

We have been going to DocSide for many years. They have always treated our pets like their own. We’ve also lost many pets, and they have been so caring. I just lost my Annie last year, and Dr. Tierney was just so wonderful explaining exactly what was going to happen and was so compassionate. I lost my Daphne this year, and everyone at DocSide were wonderful. I just adopted a new fur baby and took her in for a wellness exam. Everyone treated me like family giving me hugs for being back🥰🥰

I really loved bringing my pets here, but as a first responder with a hectic schedule they were not accommodating for my needs. It is difficult trying to serve the community and balance your personal life. I hope that I can find a veterinarian that better fits my needs.

They are always so good with my two furbabies. We just recently had surgery on my baby boy Bad Oliver. He had a mass on his eye and two in his mouth. Dr Tierney preformed the surgery. She is a doggie cosmetic surgeon. I can see his beautiful eyes again. His mouth is great because he is getting into everything again. Thank you Dr Tierney.
