I moved to Baltimore and needed a vet for my two dogs and three cats. This office and its staff are amazing. They are kind, compassionate, understanding, and so knowledgeable. And if it’s any indication of how awesome they are, while waiting for my dog to get his blood pressure checked I could hear one of the staff singing to a Mr. Wumbles (not sure if that is his legal name), who I believe is the office cat. Best vet ever!

Just brought my Miso here and they took such good care of her! Staff is very warming, gentle and compassionate towards the animals and their parents. Very easy process and very open communication and understanding, we are so glad Miso has great people taking care of her!! If you’re looking for excellent vet staff this is the place to go!

Great community Vet. The staff is compassionate and concerned. I love the doctors as they're very knowledgeable. I recently had end of life services for my precious dog baby of 16 years and we were allowed to remain with our baby and hold him as he transitioned. We cried but it was a peaceful passing which in turn gave me peace. RIP to my Dutchie poo. Eternal Love

Best vet!! The entire staff is very kind, compassionate, friendly, and nurturing. They always have an answer to any of my questions or concerns . They treat my cats as if they were their own. I have had both doctors help take care of my fur babies. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and explain everything that's going on patiently and thoroughly. Don't forget about the treats that they give out at the end of the visit; my cats love them! I highly recommend!! Thank you for all that you do!!

I couldn’t possibly recommend Hillendale Animal Hospital for anyone’s pet needs more. My girlfriend and I came into the care of our 16 y/o dog Rex only a few years ago, and after trying a few vets out, Dr. Burton is the only one who truly made us feel like she cares about our boy just as much as we do, and the incredible staff and technicians they have there have gone to incredible lengths to ensure my boy has been as comfortable as possible, he actually behaves better for them than he does for us at home 😂😂😂. Theyve been able to help him when all other places turned us away and said something couldnt be done, but somehow they have always found a way to keep my boy feeling good and he’s still running around, happy, and going strong, which I definitely attribute to the care they provide him when other so called “specialists” were either incapable or unwilling. I don’t leave reviews for places, but I feel so strongly about the quality of care that the staff and vets at Hillendale Animal Hospital provide that I felt it was important to write this, ESPECIALLY if you have an older dog and are looking for a veterinarian you can trust to actually genuinely care for your dog like they’re her own, the entire staff of this establishment are filled with angels and you can’t go wrong sending your furbaby here.
