We are proud to be the ONLY National Funeral Director Association Certified Crematory serving pets as set out In Maryland Human Death Care Law. We not only care about our end product that services our community but that every detail of our organization optimizes our more significant commitment. Local Military Veterans manufacture our Urn's, and we are creating jobs for the Autism and disability community. We strive to constantly educate the Veterinarian Community to show dignity to our client's pets even after their passing. Sadly, this is ongoing work.

I called around to several places for my daughter's bunny to be cremated after he passed away suddenly. This is the only place that took him so soon. The compassion and care they showed me from the start was amazing. They offered several options, at a reasonable rate I chose the pocket pet package and man can I say they went above and beyond. He came back in a special heart shaped urn, inside a fancy cushioned box, a nice clay print of his paws customized with his name, a stand for the urn to sit on and a commerative keepsake of some of his fur, as well as a cremation certificate and even the bag to put it all in was customized with his name. It brought tears to my daughter and me. Especially since this was her first pet, her best friend. I can't thank you enough for how amazing you were.

Our 10yr old cat, Mollie, died suddenly yesterday and as a family we decided to go with cremation but this was our first time losing a pet; we were heartbroken and unsure of how to go about this. I reached out, via text, to Charm City Crematorium after merely reading the reviews. Not to be dishonest but the pricing is a little high compared to everyone else but with that said, the young woman who was everything to us today was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise… Rosie was a counselor, friend and honorary member of my family for the time I was there. Such a beautiful soul… worth every penny. I could’ve talked to her for hours. She also gives the best hugs. I promise I could go on… our Mollie is in empathetic, caring, loving hands and for the first time in a day and a half I feel a sense of peace and THAT is priceless. I’d give more stars if I could. Cheeto's loss was so unexpected and Zoey was so caring and compassionate. We got a lovely wooden urn we could put his picture in, his paw print and a pendant with his fur. He was returned to us in a matter of days. She made such a difficult experience just so much easier. We are forever grateful and know exactly where to go when the need arises again. Hopefully not too soon though.

On 12/12/23 I lost my sweet Marley unexpectedly in our home. I had no idea what to do, and somehow I found CCPC. With all of my emotions, I wasn’t able to talk on the phone because I was too hysterical, but they have a number you can text to make arrangements so I texted them and set up everything very simply and easily. They responded immediately and were available the same day. The man who came out to help us (I never got his name) let us spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye. I then picked up her ashes only 2 days later and she’s home with us again. The urn is a very nice wooden one and it came in a bag with her name on it. The price was super affordable, way better than anywhere else I found, and everything was done smoothly with no issues at all. Being able to text, and having everything go so smoothly means so much to us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating my sweet girl with respect and giving her back to us so quickly. Should I ever need the services of CCPC again, I will be back.

On the saddest day, Zoey and her team provided empathetic and compassionate care. Our dog, Pippa, passed unexpectedly, and CCPC made a sad experience easier to go through. I know Pippa was taken care of with the most gentle and caring hands--her clay paw prints came back perfectly. Although we wish we never had to utilize this service, Zoey and her team's kindness during an incredibly difficult time made CCPC the right choice.
