Dr. Chau and her staff are excellent! My dog is being treated for a ruptured disc with acupuncture and physical therapy. Dr. Chau has also communicated seamlessly with a neurologist at a different facility. Everyone is so caring and supportive while also super efficient!

Our first visit at Mohawk was wonderful. We had lots of questions to ask about our new dog Rebel and the staff and vet were able to help us with everything. When I asked about specific diet needs the staff later that day gathered that information and emailed me. That follow through meant a lot. Thank you Mohawk!

Easy check in process. Appointment went smoothly and quickly and Vet was very knowledgeable. I liked that they gave me estimates before I committed to plan of care. I made my next appointment easily as well! Glad my friend recommended this spot! Everyone was very nice to Rio and me :)

They have an amazing team of vets, techs and support staff that is knowledgeable, supportive, and reliable. My senior cat has a couple of health concerns that our vets and techs have been helping to diagnose and maintain treatment for. I feel involved in the process (versus just being dictated to) and usually get a response to emailed questions/updates within 24-48 hours. They treat my cat as if she were their own family member. They also use an online platform for booking Tech appointments, checking-in, approving estimates, etc - super convenient. My only wish is for a bigger back parking lot.

We have 3 dogs in our home and Mohawk Alley Animal Hospital has been amazing in taking care of them. Our youngest had very aggressive dental disease where the roots were exposed and the teeth were wiggly. He had 12 teeth removed and he's so much happier and healthier than before. I'm really grateful and satisfied with the service they continue to provide.
