Got a next day wellness appointment for a checkup on my kitty, everything went well, staff is super friendly and since it was my cats first vet exam there, they provided me with a first time patient coupon so I got the wellness check for free! Veterinarian was super sweet and informative! I’ll be taking my cat here from now on.

I could not be more pleased about the positive and peaceful experience Dewey and I had at VetCo at Market Square- Fort Myers! It is apparent that the staff- from the efficient and caring receptionist, the kind and caring vet tech, to the amazing & loving vet that they love pets and love what they do. I explained prior to our visit today about Dewey’s anxiety. They were more than prepared and handled everything like experts in their field. Dewey had an eye infection so the. Vet had to get in his face for sure! Dewey was a stellar patient the entire time. He did not bark. He did not lunge. He did not bite or show aggression. I must believe it is because of the way this professional and caring team dealt with a high anxiety patient. Bravo! My boy was happy and even hung out quietly while the vet and I had a long and in depth conversation. Thank you to this amazing team for easing a worried moms mind about vet care and visits. I will be taking Dewey to VetCo from now on. Yay to them!

I took my cat in because he was limping and everyone was really nice and made it a great experience. He saw Dr. Vicki Scott and she was pleasant, took the time to listen to what was going on, and explained everything really well.

The vet assistant was rude, unprofessional and with a seriously defficient aptitude. We invested time and effort to get there, waited about 40 minutes to face this individual lacking manners,respect and without knowledge made out of place comments and recomendations,all without having the vet examine our dog. Her judgement was wrong, her attitude was innapropiate and her aptitude didnt pass the minimum most basic standards. To make it worse she presented a Bill, a promise of payment before even the vet walked in. We never met the vet, enough bad introduction. How is it possible that this lady is even employed to have customer contact?? Proper demeanor is the first step towards interacting well with "clients" Patients beaware! Receptionist is by far more knowledgeable and pleasant...but afterwards, hello opens.

very nice people, wasnt told of a disposal 5 dollar fee when using groupon so be prepared. Also bring a stool sample with you or you will have to come back with it.
