You can tell they really love these babies. We got our sweet puppy from Fur Baby Rescue. Dawn was great and very accommodating of when we could come see the puppies. Had to work late and was able to come late on a Friday.

I adopted my sweet baby from Dawn in March of this year ! She was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to come visit Nala As much as I wanted until she was ready to go home. Staff here is also very friendly. When I first met Nala I sat there for over an hour and Dawn sat with me allowing me as long as I wanted to visit. Nala is a happy healthy girl. The rescue provided a free spay for Nala which just got completed. The clinic was great. This process could not have been any more seamless. Nala came into my life months after my 18 year old baby girl passed away. She has brought me so much joy and has helped me cope. I am so grateful to this rescue. Thank you so much Dawn. Happy holidays to you all. Much love.

We recently adopted a Maltipoo puppy from this rescue. Dawn and Vanessa have been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire adoption process. Including, getting us set up for the final vaccinations and microchip for our new puppy, Cocoa. They have a wide range of pets (dogs and cats) that need adoption. I would definitely recommend them to adopt your next fur baby.

We’ve been searching for a rescued dog in Southern California for weeks. Each time we found something online, we’d go through a vetting process that took a while and end up losing our pick to in order of first served basis with other kennel/rescues. But, we by chance landed on Fur Babies Rescue in web search under PetFinder.com when we found Leah, the little brown princess of Corgi/Chihuahua mix. Dawn Vargas at Fur Babies called back immediately and gave us a greet appointment on the same day, even after business hours. With my proof of address, and other things, we visited that afternoon. Had a nice private discussion to get to know the facility, staff, and all the animals they had. Explained my situation and dwelling, my previous experience with dogs, in detail. And we brought Leah home that day. Dawn was prompt in emailing updates with additional docs on the dog, and a kit for vet recommendation and medical history too. I’d rate this faculty top grades, and I’d recommend them to anyone. They’re friendly and keep a neat clean facility. If you’re in search of cats and dogs, go take a visit! You might find your perfect pet, just like we did. Dawn, the coordinator might be hard to reach by phone but text them and she will respond. She’s been courteous and very well meaning. Animals are a joy to see there too. P.S. we are on day 4 with our new friend, and Leah is adjusting to our home quickly. She’s grown very fond of my wife and spend all day cuddling and walking. I get to feed and excercise her too, and quickly becoming very obedient. She’s eating well finally too.

We adopted our fur baby from here a little over a year and a half ago and we couldn't be happier with our bby girl , she was meant to be with our family and we are blessed to have her with us! The meet and greet went well and when we brought her home she fit like the missing part to our puzzle 🧩 🐾 💕 the staff was friendly and honest. Thank you for baby rescue!

They are terrible communicating back. They make it so difficult for the sweet animals to be adopted. I had to practically beg them to respond to me and in the end I couldn’t even adopt… They required to do pair adoption even though they never mentioned it anywhere as a requirement. It’s so frustrating because how are you a shelter/rescue yet make it so difficult for the lovely animals to be adopted? You’d think they’d want these pups and kitties to have a forever home but the experience I had with them makes me think otherwise.
