Description L.A. Love & Leashes is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit program of Friends of L.A. Animal Services, dedicated to helping Los Angeles Animal Services increase adoptions. Our adoption center provides a warm and calming environment for the animals’ true personalities to emerge and offers a less intimidating, more fun and engaging way for people to meet their new best friend.

I love love love this rescue!! We adopted my dogs birth brother from it and we could just tell they really love these animals and it shows how much they care!! I would highly recommend going here!

This place is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. The right place to go to to adopt a family fur baby. Staff are welcoming and just unbelievably dog whisperer. Appointments are easy, they respond so quickly to our questions and e- mails. Thanks for helping us from beginning to end to finally meet and adopt our dream baby - Kirby.

I was sitting by the relieving area for dogs when I heard a loud bang on the side of the gate the dog had hit it's body and the African American girl just laughed about it when it didn't look at all funny I saw the dog trying to play earlier with her but all she did was just be on her phone. They need better people to look after the dogs.

Stopped by the LA Love and Leashes in Century City to potentially adopt and this place is amazing! It’s clear these babies are treated like royalty and given so much love! We spoke to Mandie & she’s so knowledgeable and informative. It was so sweet to see all the dogs trying to jump on her lap lol! I will definitely be back to find my next companion here. Thank you for taking such great care of these fur babies!
