My dog Ezra and I are former clients of Dr Reynolds. We were visiting family in Arkansas when my senior dog needed a Vet visit asap. I called Little Rock Vet clinic because we always had the best experience there. The receptionist who answered the phone rudely barked "hold please" & proceeded to leave me on hold for over 15 minutes. She'd forgotten I was on the line. I called back only to have her announce that "Dr. Reynolds books out 2 weeks in advance." Her attitude and delivery of that information was unprofessional and certainly a deterrent to myself and to others who call inquiring about an appointment. I miss the kind, older woman that used to arrange appointments. I wasn't met with that type of abrupt, unfriendly attitude at ANY of the other Vet clinics I called that day fyi.

I was absolutely impressed from the start when I made the appointment over the phone to the time we left the office. The front desk, Christie, expressed genuine concern and had an exceptional friendly disposition. Dr. Reynolds’s was awesome! Courteous, knowledgeable and down to earth. Our puppy was examined, tested and given antibiotics for less than 1/2 of quoted price from other vet clinics. Before leaving I scheduled a follow up appointment for our puppy and a new patient appointment for our cat. I’m pleased to say that we’ve found our veterinarian!! Great customer service, low cost, great service and clean facility.
