The representatives from Dewey Pest Control have been very respectful of our concerns regarding the wildlife surrounding our office. This is very important to our facility. We've been especially pleased with both the scheduling staff and the monthly service personnel that come to our property. They take the time to listen and to discuss our needs to our satisfaction. We went through three other estimate processes over a few months of looking before landing on Dewey as our choice, and we are very pleased with our decision. Other service providers did not care to take the time to make us feel heard. Some didn't show up as planned, and some we found were huge, international organizations. We are very happy with the personal feeling care we have experienced with our local Dewey provider. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
I wanted to update my service after the most recent one March 12, so I called their Service Center. The woman who helped me scheduled the technician to return six days from now to provide the updated request, and to have him discuss the details at that time. 😀 All of my questions were answered and I think their service is very good. Very professional 👏!!
When first signing up with the service, the technician that had my account by the name of Manny, my services were excellent. He really listen to the client never gave me any Attitude and he always explain things with great detail and had the best customer service but ever since they brought in a new manager CEO things fell through the cracks there new upper management did not care to do things correctly, I came to be affected by this upper management by decisions because he would ask technicians that had their route an appointment confirmed take up another route and did not allow the technician to inform his clients on their routes and go service another route without notifying those clients that they were going to get service that day, and I was affected because my service was put on the back burner when I had an appointment for that specific time and date. I was never notified that my technician was not gonna make it to my appointment that was on the books and that I planned my day around my service appointment. The CEO did not care for the technicians that had their route already confirmed appointments and those other clients were upset because they were never notified that they were going to service their home with no notice, No phone call and I knew this because I called the office to complain and the young lady that answered the phone gave me attitude and informed me that my technician was sent to another route, but yet I got a postcard, letting me know that they’re going to bump my fee by another dollar and I’ve been getting those postcards consistency but yet they don’t care about my feedback or care about me as a client all they care about is raising my fee So now I was left without my good and reliable technician because this new CEO/upper management push out the reliable/ good working technicians. Then I was given a new technician and this new technician did not care to listen to my requests on how to spray certain locations in my home. he did what he wanted & how he wanted because he said he knew what he was doing and he had his own company in Florida and so he knew what he was doing. He was never here at my 3 month service. he would call to set up my service way past due or when I called the office to inform them that my three month service is past due again, this young lady gave me attitude because I called to inform them that I yet to get a phone call to set up my service, after talking to her the technician calls me and this new technician was rude & was not listening to my request Because he knew better then I, at this point I called the office and the young lady again did she didn’t care to apologize for the why this technician spoke to me, she didn’t even care to listen but she did give me attitude as well and yet I received another postcard raising my fee. NoW today I meet my new technician by the name of Simon, and surprisingly upon meeting him he seems like a good genuine, respectful technician that cares about his client because he listen to my request because he understands that I have pets and there’s certain locations that I did not want sprayed, and he was more than understanding he took the time to clean the spiderwebs and did a good service just like my original tech Manny So, so far my new service today with the new technician was good and he is very respectful when calling and setting up the service appointment, however, I gave it a 4 stars because I believe that there is always room for improvement in all departments, but especially when it comes to the girls answering service when calling the office there’s one girl in particular that takes the cake with her a very bad attitude and rude way of answering and talking to clients!
The service people are always friendly and respectful of our property. They do such a a great job cleaning before spraying. We don’t have problems with bugs since we started using them. I would highly recommend their services.
Dewey is reliable and they come when they say they’re coming. Our regular guy Kris is great. He is thorough and amiable at each visit!
We signed up for quarterly service back in June, they came in for pest control then, it is October now and we have yet to receive any communication from them on when they'd be coming in for this quarter. We have called their customer care 3 times and every time they tell us they have escalated our issue but we are back to square one; no contact from Dewey. We got an invoice for Sept through November but no service. We'll be cancelling our contract, and recommend everyone to think twice before signing up with Dewey.
