Dr. Jenkins is wonderful with pets, knows her stuff, and explains everything in a very accessible way. The staff is friendly and helpful. Estimated costs are delivered up front so there are no surprises. A great experience!

I have been a client with Dr. Callahan for 30 years. I went to this new Dr. Jenkins and she was blatantly rude. I believe she simply did not want to treat my dog and sent me to the ER vet. Her persona was far from a friendly caring vet. Dr. Callahan would be so disappointed. Dr. C, Dinah and their staff were always polite, caring and efficient. Definitely not returning.

It was great until they got bought out by a large corporation and now all they care about is money. I strongly believe they made up a diagnosis in order to get more money out of me. I asked to see the blood tests and they would not give them to me. My current vet called multiple times for the pet records and they refused to send them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that cares about the animals. You will regret going here.

I've been taking my cat here for 10 years, Dr Callahan was amazing! But now that he retired, the vet that took over (Dr Jenkins) wouldn't listen to a thing I said about how he reacts. For example, I was trying to tell her that he gets more freaked out and panicky when he is completely covered, but she still insisted on having him completely wrapped while she was checking him. The poor guy was shaking when his head was covered. 😞 He wouldn’t have been as bad if she just listened to me about his temperament. Then mentioned something about his gums but didn't go into detail on what needs to be done. I have zero trust in her and am actively looking for another place to take him...DR CALLAHAN WHERE ARE YOU? I will say I didn't see any of the problems mentioned about the front staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

Dr. Tony has taken care of our pets for the last 2 years and has done an outstanding job. He is very thorough and addresses any concerns you may have. He saved my dog's life by diagnosing his Addison's disease before he went into crisis. All of the staff are professional and have a happy demeanor. We've recently moved out of the area but still drive the extra mile to ensure we are getting the care our pets deserve.

The vet himself was very rude and dismissive to my wife, and spent less than a minute in the room with our dog. There was no indication he did any examination and for $350 I expect better. The only positive was that the vet techs were all very nice
