You would think they would come get the dog when you say there’s a large dog that won’t leave your property. Nope but I have two seniors who walk into the backyard at will 12hrs later Shepard knocks one of them to the ground.

I've been calling their main phone # during normal business hours this morning and after getting a string of disjointed options (HR office, licensing office, media office), the recording finally says to stay on the line if I want to speak to an operator. Then less than a minute later it disconnects me. It's happened 3 times in a row and I've come to the conclusion that they won't be answering their phone any time soon.

They make it impossible to have noise complaints resolved. Did not actually issue citations when I called so now I have to start the whole process over again. They are extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone.

The website is very un user friendly. horrible service. I cannot believe our hard earned money goes toward this "Service" who in the world set up these places. Must be another way these lifetime politicians pad their pockets. Cause its definitly not going towards running this so called business. Poorly run. Gets not even 1 star. Oh couldn't post unless I hit 1 star. Crazy

Called in regards to the reasoning on why I have to get a license for my cat. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, could not give me a straight answer and proceeded to argue with me. All she would tell me was "Because it's required" This is unprofessional and I would still like a legit reasoning to the question of "Why does my cat need a license?" Telling me the reasoning is "Just because" is like when your parent tells you "Because I said so". If I have to pay this I would like a legitimate reason that I can understand. Until then this department of LA County gets a bad review.
