Lee was great. Very thorough, professional and friendly. This is our 2nd treatment and the results have been good between service visits. The text before he arrived had a picture which is a great safety feature. The office staff is also very prompt and helpful when scheduling. Reminders for quarterly service would be helpful.

STL Pests was easy to schedule when it was convenient for me. Jacob texted me that he was running early and asked if it would be okay if he came early? Absolutely! He was very professional, gave recommendations so that the substances he sprayed wouldn’t be harmful to my pets. He even noticed that we had some mole holes & tunnels while he was here, and talked me through services they offer to control them as well. I love that they’re locally owned and would highly recommend!
