Came early with my mom's pet 🐕 Lucerito, good thing we were the 2nd to arrive and wait for them to open. They open at 8 and after that the first 3 online went in to sign and then one of the staff member said they call us by phone 📱. Took a while for them to call us. But the staff and the nurse were friendly. We spent exactly 3 hours since we arrived. A bit to much since the doctor usually arrives an hour late after they open . But besides that everything was alright.

The greatestvand most generous humans. Vets like this don’t exist in every state. We in LA are extremely lucky. I hope they have a donation link at the faciloty and/or a volunteer list to help them in any way possible. I’d give my time.

UPDATE: 2/21 DON'T GO ON WEDNESDAY when the female doctor is there Dr.Odet Kaspari by far the worst vet DR we have met. She gave our female Italian Masstiff another rabies vaccines 6 months early and claimed she never received. I even asked her if she could double check her chart and said there was nothing there. Went home and found my dogs vet records and she in fact already had her rabies shot went back and receptionist was able to find the paper work. Also Off the bat she was scared of our dogs. A lot was happening in that tiny room and she should have allowed us to all get situated and really communicated with us all. My dogs are used to being at different vets and they felt vet uncomfortable with her. They were fine with the vet tech who was more comfortable with my dogs. Overall do not recommend the female doctor definitely needs to be more confident around large breed dogs. Great Place to take your fur friend, I will admit that it is not the greatest smelling facility and there should be an emphasis in making sure the hospital looks and smells clean but overall they did a great job with my dogs dental care, she had 7 teeth extracted and teeth cleaning done, her breath smells amazing and I wish I would had given the guy a tip but it slipped my mind but he did a great job and he had to endure an awful smell from my dogs breath ! The pricing was great when comparing to other vets and I appreciated the staff working with us and answering all of our questions and providing copies of my dog's paper work ! Overall a good experience! One main thing that was upsetting was how the staff is treated by customers as it makes the staff feel more tense and unappreciated. The staff has to deal with all kinds of temperaments not only from the animals but the people as well. It's a small hospital with affordable prices which brings a lot of clients so sometimes they may be busy trying to tend to everyone and their needs so please try to show appreaction for the staff and be patient as it is not an easy job / it is a walk in clinic. Thank you for caring for Stormy

I was told by the Dr that an aid was going to call me about my cat on a day when they were closed. I never got a call, and my cat laid on a cold slab for a whole day by herself. I was sad because I was worried and mad that I did not get the call. Unfortunately, my cat did not survive. So far, it's not a great experience. But the lady at the front "Tonya" is awesome and makes you feel like she cares. I appreciate her assistance. ❤️

I worked for Dr. Salah Saleh, I had to quit based on ethical reasons. The final straw was when the owner of a Shar-Pei dog that had a C section on an emergency basis the night before. Dr Saleh stitched up this large dog with cat gut which is only for small wounds on small animals. The owner brought her in because the stitching was starting to come apart. Dr told the owner to leave her and he will fix it. The animal hospital had been pretty slow lately so when a couple new clients came in he wanted to tend to them first. I told him 3 times he needed to stitch the Shar-Pei up. He didn’t listen and the dog gested meaning her guts fell out. The animal hospital had a ton of blood streaming all over. He told the client his dog died of a flea infestation. This was a very well cared for dog, there was no flea infestation. The second thing that was going on at the same time was a cat was brought in who had been shot on his left shoulder. Upon X-ray it was discovered the cat had been shot in the other shoulder too but that bb had been there for a long and healed without consequence. When he did surgery to remove the recent bb he dug in with his fingers but could not reach the bb. So he opened up the other side and removed that bb. He did that so he could tell the owner he removed a bb. So this poor cat now had 2 different surgery sites that needed to heal. She had to bring the cat in every 3 days to change the dressings. This poor women spent well over $2000.00 and this was over 30 years ago when prices were much less than they are now. Dr Salah was an incompetent vet then and he is an incompetent vet now. I’m warning you if you let your animal out of your sight with this vet you are literally risking your pets life.

I waited for 4 hours to be seen, and I was the 3rd person in line! I was there for a total of 4 1/2 hours. You are not allowed to go back with your dog. I did not get to speak to the vet that examined her or whoever it was, but spoke to a man in a wheelchair that the techs passed all the records to for him to read, then enturpret, then explain to the owner of the dog. He had no idea why she was having diarrhea and gave me 3 different scenarios, which I had already contemplated. He had no idea what was wrong with her arm, or where her arm was painful, or why she was limping. I'm just so glad I brought a fecal sample for testing! This gave me an answer! He told me exactly what and how to feed her, which I was already doing to a T. He did prescribe antibiotics and gabapentin for her arm. He wanted me to come back for a follow-up next week. I can't imagine going through that long wait again or for my dog. It was grooling. We had to wait inside since I don't have a car, but my dog did very well under the circumstances.
