My friend adopted a 10 week puppy as a gift to me. She was told that the adoptions included the first shots, neutered and chip. That was back in April of this year. The pup received his shots, but my friend never got any paperwork of the adoption or shots, she’s tried calling, left messages and have sent emails, with no response what so ever. So, I have a pup with no record of it’s birth, adoption or shots. Also, have not received the other so called promised procedures of a neuter or chip. This is so nerve recking., it keeps people from wanting to adopt. 😠😟
