I wish I found SJAH a while ago instead of just this week. I've been taking my husky dog to another vet and have not had pleasant experiences. SJAH is different! I cannot thank SJAH and their staff enough for their professionalism, compassion, and utmost care provided to my beloved Heine. Dr. Kempa was extremely empathetic and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with comfort and care. Heine is now at peace over the rainbow bridge. I especially want to thank Lexie who answered my initial call. She was so nice and put me at ease during a stressful and difficult time. You are the best! Thank you, thank YOU, SJAH!

First time here and decided with Dr.Stone for our new vet formy 10 wk mini labradoodle pup. Friendly staff from front desk to vet techs/assistants to Dr.Stone. We checked in and were seen promptly. Dr.Stone was warm, friendly, and very knowledgable. My pup loved him and responded well to him. Daisy the vet tech helped a lot during the visit to keep my pup calm and happy. Dr.Stone had great recommendations. My pup got all her vaccines as needed and everything was explained clearly and well. I'm happy we found a good clinic and vet for my new furbaby. I'd highly recommend this clinic so far, and Dr.Stone as well.

I highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone with an emergency situation or just looking for a regular vet. A clinic that can handle a very scared, hurt and reactive cat beautifully will provide any type of animal with excellent care. Everyone in the office is communicative and very kind and we were able to get seen and have a diagnosis within the same day we sought help after my cat hurt his hip. Dr. Stone is very experienced and can read animal behaviour incredibly well. He took breaks where he left the room so my cat could calm down on my lap and no clinic has ever been so patient and caring about handling my cats intense fear of vets. The way he worked within my cats comfort zone made an emergency appointment go as smoothly as possible given the circumstances.

Countless times have I been here and countless times it's been great. Then my vet left, Dr stone Fast forward to today. Made an appointment for 815 this morning. I rolled in at 828, was asked to pay a 25 dollar late fee, okay no problem. Then comes we can't see your dog because your late.....I have sat in this place hours past my appointment time because you guys were running behind. At least 5 or 6 times I've waited well beyond 20 minutes for my appointment. But I come in for a topical, because my dog has a staph infection and the vet can't spare the remaining appointment time to look at my dog.... You lost a client today. Good luck to your business.
