Dr. Chahal you are the best! We are so lucky to have found you around 15 years ago. Your diagnoses are spot on and your treatments pleasantly surprise me. You are a practical and the most kind/gentle vet I have ever known! You are a very rare veterinarian. So thankful for you in our times of need. I have been waiting for an hour now to be seen by the Vet. I came here for two vaccinations, was told I could not get my dog her vax without an exam, which was another $70. This used to be a really good outfit, but this visit has been a bust. Also the fleas tablet is suddenly $20 more than it used to be, it now also costs $70. Thanks capitalism.

I love, love, love Ark Veterinary Care the staff is awesome and friendly !! Dr.Chahal saves my dog twice from life threatening situations. They treat your animals with love and respect. And if they know you only have a portion of the payment they help you with resources themselves and call the resources themselves to get the help you need for your animal. I highly recommend Ark to any dog and cat lover for the best veterinary care in San Jose.

I went into this place not knowing what was wrong with my dog they took x-rays and found out my dog had a collapse suffocus and a enlarged heart. I didn't know nothing about this until they showed me the x-rays they are very good with your dogs and cats. They are well trained and they have love for the pets that they are taking care of. I don't recommend this Place highly! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else and they are good on their prices cuz I am on a fixed income.

If I could give them more stars I would. Dr Chahal is incredible knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain what is going on with your pet into detail. I really like the fact that you can actually go inside the clinic instead of waiting outside in the car like a lot of vets are doing. I took my pup in last Monday due to a respiratory infection + knee injury. I was really worried because my pup looked very sick and couldn’t move. The vet assistants notified the vet right away and I didn’t have to wait long. The helpers/vet assistants are also really nice and seem very happy to be working there. Overall, great experience and I really recommend this place.
