Description Introducing Silicon Valley's first dog community center where you can celebrate, bond and learn with your dog! Pup Plaza is an initiative of Silicon Valley Pet Project (svpetproject.org) a nonprofit organization with the mission of saving at risk shelter pets thru rescue, community involvement and education. Silicon Valley Pet Project is a rescue partner with the San Jose Animal Care Center, one of the largest animal shelters on the West Coast.
