Dr.B is the best vet! He is very honest and knowledgeable. I have been going to him for years. Do not believe the negative reviews. I could say one bad thing about this veteran office. He has taken such good care of my dog. He was able to treat his eye, just like he is specialists recommendations. One example of the many good things he has a done for my dog .

I have taken my cat here twice. The first time I had just moved and they did a wellness check. The rate was VERY affordable. My sister is a vet in NY and was shocked at the price I gave her. I also felt the vet was communicative and listened to my concerns. They still have covid protocol in place but they come outside and talk with you. I am taking him again tomorrow for something that came up suddenly and the staff fit me in relatively quickly and were quick with the phones. I work in medicine . Reviews based off of cost do not correlate with the care animals or humans receive. Insurance and medical costs are complex and often a bit beyond the doctor's hands. So be mindful of that when you look for vets or wellness services.

Visited this facility on November 4th for an urgent care visit. The initial visit was at a low cost but services needed to “see if” my dog was okay were completely overpriced and unnecessary. I ended up going home and treating my dog myself. That being said I do understand animal care can be expensive, but in my case I feel my dog was not properly assessed. Overall the visit was good, but it didn’t workout too well for me. The staff was very friendly and the visit was relatively quick. It’s a corner building and there is plenty of street parking.

Been bringing my pup here for years since she was a baby pup, they did her spaying surgery, all of her shots and yearly exams. Nothing but great service!!! They give you a price break down so you can see what you are getting. Normally very fast but last time was a little long wait but honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The vets and staff here at the Silver Lake location are honestly really great and very kind. I've been here for two pets; a kitten I adopted who was very ill and had to be euthanized, and later with my new puppy. The compassion and effort the staff showed with my kitten who had to be euthanized was just incredibly kind. And they have been really nice and attentive when I brought my new puppy here. They're also helpful if you call for records, they can email them to you and do so quickly.

I had an appointment at 10 AM for an ear infection and they quoted me at $65 for everything. They did an exam and charged me for information that I already knew and then quoted me at $700 for a bunch of other stuff. I then went to another location and spent five hours today dealing with this until I finally met with a doctor for five minutes that told me that all I needed was a $25 medication. They also got in contact with the other hospital and said that this clinic was making outrageous claims about what treatment was needed.
