The young lady who works at the location not only showed up late to open the location on Thursday but was incredibly rude from the get go when I asked her about the donations for dog beds or dog clothes as I looked around the room full of boxes of donations from Amazon as she responded your dog needs to be neutered in order for our organization to vaccinate for low cost not once caring to ask me the breed or age of my American Bully puppy!!! After telling her I just took three buses and on their website it did not state anything regarding neutering dogs before being able to get vaccines and a free donated bed for him! I got my cats fixed today at the Aspca Mobil truck. And everything was so flawless and went exactly how it was supposed to go. Vanessa helped coordinate my appointment and check me in. She was so helpful and accommodating. She was also very knowledgeable in future boosters for my cats and gave me resources to make sure I get them vaccinated correctly. Thank you Vanessa :)

This pets for life are part of the humane society is in Boyle heights on 1st Street . The help low income people with pet food for their dogs or cats Also you can sign up when there Mobile humane society truck.. they will sign you up at there office in boyle heights.. tell you the time, date and place. They will give your dog or cat vaccines and also make chip them all for free.. but it only applies to low income

The girl named Vanessa never answered me after sending the info SHE asked for . She was supposed to set up our apointments on the day she had available which was perfect bevause my mom was on vacation and she never answer and left me on read , unprofessional no excuses
