A friend recommended Ambassador to us, and we are very happy with everything we have experienced there so far - from the front desk to the medical treatment. From the moment I called, I felt comfortable with their communication, compassion, and knowledge. When we met Dr. Soto and her assistant, we were impressed with their empathy and professionalism. They worked with us to obtain services we could afford, and we received medicine right away - test results, diagnosis, and a path to treatment followed quickly. I feel that their main objective, as it should be, is excellent care of the patient, and communicating well with their caregivers. We have experienced other practices where it seemed business came first, and at Ambassador, we feel they prioritize patient well-being over profit. We feel very comfortable recommending Ambassador Dog and Cat Hospital!

HORRIBLE ! Called to make appointment, arrived the next day & was told I had no appointment. Waited 30 minutes and left due to lack of service I asked to be compensated for the future & was looked at with a blank stare Called back the same number I had originally called to book the appointment & boom their phone rang right in front of my face Granted Dr. Wong has done some great surgery’s on my dog, but overall company culture is ridiculous They need to lower their pet occupancy or something, to give proper care to everyone they take on

My regular vet referred me here when they couldn’t fit my sick cat into their schedule. I was so impressed with how friendly the staff was and how much it felt like they understood and cared and wanted to help. I may not go back to the other place.

Staff were friendly. Dr. Kumar checked and diagnosed my fur baby fairly quickly. Before any procedure and medication was administered, the staff showed me, in print, of the cost. I was able to sort which services my fur baby needed and that's affordable to me. It's a bit pricey for my budget, but nothing beats having peace of mind about my fur baby's health. Waiting area was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Consultation room was clean, tidy, and had a friendly atmosphere. The clinic provides TV, in the lobby, while patrons are waiting. Free parking is provided. Entrance is adjacent to the clinic building.

Update: It has been about a month after the surgery and suture removal, and most of the incision has healed. A part of the incision isn’t and I think it’s because they left a thread from the stitches in? There’s a lot of scabbing around the area. Might be stitches that dissolve over time, will make an appointment to double check. =============================== Pricey and poor service from the doctor. Office is clean. Free parking on the side of the building. Vet techs and front staff are friendly, but the doctor not so much. The doctor, Dr. Kumar, was in and out during the visit. No compassion, poor bedside manner. Not rude, but not nice either. Very transactional. Said he was going to shave, remove the cyst, and stitch Isabelle up. We came in for a cyst removal, because my dog’s cyst popped this morning. The cyst opening was less than an inch large btw, you can kinda see in the photo with the stitches. The stitching is horrendous. I was horrified. When I checked under the shirt they provided for her, I saw the poor craftsmanship. You would think for how much we paid, the service would be better. We paid approximately $1.2K for procedure after medication. I’m truly disappointed and will never come here again. I emailed my complaint and will wait for a response. We have other dogs and they’ve had procedures done as well at other animal hospitals but never stitching that poor. I’m shocked at how large the incision was. Truly disgusted.
