The staff are friendly, if you can actually get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. Had a pretty big and bleeding slice on my dogs leg from hunting. Phone system hung up on me 3 times after waiting on hold for 10+ minutes each time. Finally got someone and she went to check with the doctor if they could see me, and then hung up. They didn’t even bother to call back. Absolutely wild. An extra star because she seemed nice on the phone. I wouldn’t rely on this place to save my pets life.. literally.

Dr. Germany is great. Sure, I had to wait for an hour, but that's life. When Dr. Germany arrived she immediately saw that my cat wasn't well. She listened patiently and attentively, asked clarifying questions and then diagnosed a serious matter that required immediate attention. 20 minutes later my cat was feeling and looking better and now that he's home he's back to his normal self. (Additional praise goes to the vet tech (I think her name is Bryde.). Thanks for taking care of Dempsey!

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS PEOPLE THEY HAVE A BAD RATING FOR A REASON. They almost killed my dog . I WOULD RECOMMEND normandy animal Hospital they are the ones that saved him and they even call to check up on your dog which is so heart warming. THE FACTS ARE I RESCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT FOR 3 days later but for some reason they scheduled 2 weeks later which caused me to go to Normandy at the last minute. THE “DOCTOR” at Webster grove thought 5 days of antibiotics , piss test and a xray was worth almost 400$ . THESE ARE THE TYPE OF DOCTORS THE CARTEL HIRE TO STEAL KIDNEYS FROM POOR PEOPLE .

I’ve been going to this place for awhile now and appreciate how well they treat our furry family members. I really appreciate them being so accessible and open. I know they have to juggle TONS of peoples pets, and they manage it very well. I love our regular doctor there too!!!

I’ve had really only bad experiences with this place. Last year I was told I had to have my kitten put down here and so I did, the only thing they were worried about at the time was the money and how I was going to be paying. Fast forward to today- I got a letter that they “forgot to invoice” and are asking for $200. We paid $300 the night we were in for an emergency, my puppy broke her leg. We were sent to an orthopedic specialist. The ortho doctor was $5000 and counting per follow up visit. I voiced this to them and the fact that the night we were there they were rushing us and wouldn’t even let us see the X-ray they are now trying to charge for. I am not naive and I know patient care. They don’t care and really only are money hungry, hate to say it. We will not be going back.

We came here on a Friday night unexpectedly because our dogs got into some chocolate. I called ahead and Brittany was so kind and patient. When we arrived, the staff was caring and compassionate upon intake. Our vet was also very informative and talked us through the process. We can’t thank them enough! They even have a nice little shop area to get your babies a toy while you wait.
