We adopted Stevie Wonder from Furry Friends in October. When Stevie was 2 weeks old, he fell from a 16 foot ceiling onto his head and was in a coma. After he was brought into Furry Friends, Gene nursed him back to full health and out of his coma. He was in terrific care with Gene and we adopted him at 5 months old. Since then, Gene has been with us every step of the way, checking in on his health and seeing how he is doing. He genuinely cares about every single cat he comes into contact with. Stevie Wonder is a miracle cat and is thriving in his new home! We are so thankful for Gene for taking such good care of him in his coma.

I adopted 2 kittens (M-5m, F-3m) from the the Furry Friends Cat Adoption LA about 2 months ago on christmas and I have never been happier. I am a first time pet owner and was a bit nervous, and Gene did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and capable of adopting kittens. He was super helpful along every step of the way and was very responsive to texts and calls. He truly cares for the well being of the cats and kittens he fosters, still providing care and advice well after adoption. I highly recommend adopting kittens or cats from Gene and Furry Friends Cat Adoption LA, you will definitely be satisfied. :)

We have a 6 year old tuxedo and wanted to get a companion for her. We found Furry Friends LA on instagram and read that they rescued cats and kittens from high kill shelters, bad situations and care for them. We decided to make an appointment to see one of the cats we saw online. We met Gene upon arrival and he was very kind. We got to see most of the cats he was taking care of. And by the way, he’s a one man show, and does it all. It shows that he really cares about each and everyone of them. We met the little guy we were interested in and he let us have some time with him. Furry friends LA screens all adopters and ensures that it’s a good fit both ways. We really appreciated this and the time he took to explain how the process works and next steps. They have great communication and the whole experience was stress free. Our new guy pictured here has just been wonderful and we can’t thank Furry Friends LA enough. If you’re thinking about adopting, I highly encourage you to come here. It’s been a wonderful experience and we are so happy to have Ozzy Bones..yes, that’s what we named him! I spoke to Cat Adoption Los Angeles to a wonderful gentlemen which I believe is the owner who spoke words of courage and empowerment into me when I needed it the most. He informed of legalities and rights that I have as a tenant which is taking me on a path to keep my cat. It’s been such a stressful process and I appreciate the help of him & this company so much!

I am very happy with the kitten that i adopted. I was looking to get a companion for our 3 year old cat and when I walked into the location I immediately fell in love with our Suki. She is in great health and has acclimated so well in our home. Thank you! If you are looking to adopt I genuinely recommend adopting from Furry Friends, the process was amazing and you can see the genuine care and love for all of the kittens and cats.
