I have nothing but praise for Will at SCPetsgo. He really went above and beyond with his communication, attentiveness, and tender care he has for animals. It didn't feel like just business working with him, but instead I could feel his passion and that he actually cared that our dog arrived safely, which was really reassuring. We were trying to bring our dog from the US to Japan, which has very tight regulations and requirements. After contacting a few places we found that SCPetsgo was fairly priced and really had a different air about them when we spoke on the phone. Will gave clear instructions for the required vet exams, documentation, and reminded us about important deadlines. Of course, the most stressful time was the week leading up to my dog's flight, so I am very grateful that Will answered my high volume of questions during that period :). In summary - they are well priced and you can tell from all the other reviews that they will handle your pet with absolute love and care. Highly recommended. A very positive experience! Thank you to SC Pet Transport for going above and beyond for my precious pup. Moving my dog from Australia to the Carribean was always going to be a complex job with many moving parts to the process. Kevin and Will worked tirelessly to ensure this process was a smooth one, even when we encountered some hiccups along the way. A big shout out Kevin for going as far as travelling to Miami with my dog and staying overnight with her to ensure she got to the Carribean safely. And Will for meticulously organising every single detail of the move, keeping costs as low as possible whilst ensuring my pet was comfortable and treated like the princess that she is. Their professionalism, kindness, knowledge, advice, attention to detail, and organisation skills are to be noted. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I could not recommend this agency enough for pet transport! You can't beat their prices and professionalism! Side note: after my positive experiences with the two agencies I used, I would recommend to anyone moving their pet to another country to definitely hire an agency. Not only will this save you a lot of time, but in the event that something goes wrong (and there usually are some setbacks in the process), you will have a professional working behind the scenes to ensure your pet gets to your destination efficiently and without excessive, exorbitant charges.

This review is long overdue… While relocating to Panama, we had a lot of details to cover concerning our dog’s FDA certified health certificate and traveling arrangements. Timing was so very important and Will Staszak was a wellspring of information, guiding us every step of the way. Since we didn’t want to put our Doberman through any more stress than necessary with connecting flights, we drove from Phoenix to LA, where Will Staszak met us at our hotel. He helped with perfect timing and went above and beyond all of our expectations for our dog’s care and comfort. Will cares so much for the pets he helps transport - he even made sure our dog had deep dishes with large ice chunks in her carrier so she wouldn’t get dehydrated during the 6 1/2 hour flight to Panama, Central America. We have recommended Will’s service to others so often since our experience! Thank you, thank you, Will!
