Description Our main goal is to promote good health and end the cycle of street reproduction through TNVR (trap/neuter/vaccinate/return) with recuperation after spay/neuter. We strive to place kittens into approved foster homes while awaiting adoption placement. We prioritize pregnant cats and viable kittens for socializing, fostering and adoption. Providing education on spay/neuter and behavioral issues of un-neutered pets. Offering low cost spay/neuter certificates to the community. Facilitating fostering, socializing, adoption, spay/neuter and vaccinations of viable kittens from within the feral colonies.

I volunteer at this rescue. I have volunteered at other rescues. This one is definitely the best. All kittens are well taken care of and Socialized. Absolutely adorable. Kim does a wonderful job with TNVR traveling all over. early mornings till very late at night in all sorts of weather.

I met Kim, owner & operator of C.A.T.S., years ago. She was kind enough to explain to me what she does & I've been donating as often as possible. I even introduced one of her volunteers to her. I've since also adopted 3 beautiful ginger boys that I love with all my heart. I'm going through some hard times right now but my boys are still my top priority. I'm trying hard to find housing down South that will allow all 3. Kim has been supportive in so many things for me & the boys. I highly recommend C.A.T.S. for adoptions but also for her TVNR program. Kim traps the cats & kittens. All are vetted/vaccined then fixed once they are 3lbs or over. Adult cats are released back to their original environment & kittens are kept to adopt out. All kittens are healthy, fixed & even microchipped before their adoption. They've also been socialized with people & other kittens. Any cat you get can have issues but I've never had any issues from the 3 I adopted from Kim. Well worth any money you pay for adoptions & as always, any money you can donate for food, litter or health is always used strictly for that purpose & greatly appreciated. I've added a picture of my boys hanging out with me on my bed.

I can’t say enough good things about Cast Aside to Survive (CATS)! I’ve adopted two cats from them, and both experiences have been amazing. Kim, who runs the rescue, is so dedicated and makes sure every cat gets the care they need and finds the right home. The TNVR work they do is super important, and it’s clear how much love they put into it. My cats are happy, healthy, and have brought so much joy to my life, all thanks to CATS. If you’re looking to adopt, I highly recommend them!

Absolutely recommend if you have stray or feral cats they trap neuter/spay and return.
