The staff are all so sweet and welcoming & the cat room was such a beautiful experience I wish I found this place sooner because I would have already took this cutie home ! I fell inlove with him but the reason was because of the cat room itself. It definitely made a difference because if the cats would be caged up we would have never interacted with the cats in such a calm and peaceful environment all the cats are so friendly and loving 💝 they definitely all need a great home to go to but I don’t think that they’d be upset staying there because they all seemed so happy to be there because they are all so loved and well taken care of . Great place overall definitely recommend

Great place! They have a MASSIVE variety of pet food, toys, and more. You name it they have it. The cat cafe was wonderful, although there were only 4 cats, but I think there will be more as time goes on. The cats were all so loving and sweet, but the "cafe" part was more like chip bags and soda. But the cats were the main reason I went, and they did not disappoint! As for the dogs, yes, they have purebred puppies, but they also have rescues which is a step in the right direction! I just wish there was an option to spend time with the rescues and be able to pet them, like there is with the puppies (Lola looks very sweet, she's the German shepherd mix in the photo). Overall this is a great store, and it doesn't deserve all the hate it's getting. Please support it so they can focus on rescuing more dogs!

Fish products are cheaper than petco. Great selection of everything. Fish are better quality than any other store around and much healthier. Staff is very knowledgeable especially Kim. They take their time with you answer all your questions and offer great advice. Photo is the extremely vibrant and healthy neon tetras in my own tank.

This place is really cool! A kitty room that has (so far) always had several lil ones in the mix, you can pet them for a fee of $5 every visit. The staff is nice. They appear to have a large selection of pet related items. But the best part of this spot is all the different animals they have in their 2 different rooms. I wish they had dogs in the store to pet, but you can only see them online. It would be nice to see them in person to see if you bond with the dog first before you adopt.

Absolutely love this pet shop. It is everything a pet shop should be. It is a beautiful place, family run and operated. The customer service is not the same as the big places, they care here. They helped me find the right supplement for my dog and now he is running with me again which brings me tears of joy. The store is always immaculate, the products are abundant and there are so many options and fun things to choose from. The cat cafe is absolutely adorable and such an amazing concept. I could go on and on. LOVE IT.

So grateful for this place! My pups and I love to visit this lovely store. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always clean and organized & we never have a hard time finding what we are looking for. Plus, they have raffles and Santa visits! We love this place!!!
