Recently boarded our girl here and we are very happy with how well cared for she was! They even let my in-laws pay her a visit while we were out of country. We’ve also recently had her groomed here and they did an absolutely wonderful job! Highly recommend!

I am shocked at that lady’s review where her dog was committing , nails cut so short they were bleeding and more complaints but mentioned a couple. I get it, these are our babies, but I believe when something little happens🖤to our pets we express the issue with much more drama. As I said I get it. We are their advocate, their protector. Butttttt: number one etiquette rule for customers is take it up with the owners first ALWAYS! This could be an isolated incident or just a bad day. I know I know your dog suffered but he didn’t die or require vet visit. Give them another chance or don’t, but don’t shame them in public when all the other reviews are positive. This is a livelihood. Usually a business owner will try to do better if they care. My feeling about Wolf Lodge is always been positive. Rene baths cuts, cuts,nails does it all and I am happy as punch as is my dog. As a matter of fact, I need an appointment now. Please know I do empathize but don’t agree with your assessment nor your handling of the situation.

Very friendly and professional staff. I brought in two Doberman puppies. They were very nervous and not ready, so we worked with them in the lobby to see if they would relax. Woof Lodge let us reschedule without any fuss and let us calm the pups before leaving so they didn't leave nervous. It's important to allow dogs to adjust to a new environment in their own time. Forcing a fearful dog will only lead to biting, nobody wants that. I've brought older dogs before, and Woof Lodge always did a great job with their grooming needs and care. The puppies I brought today, it was their first time. We'll be back, because we value Woof Lodge's professionalism and great service.

I wouldn't even give it a one star! Brought my golden retriever there feeling perfect.after a six our for them to trim,cut nails and bath my dog, my boys nails were cut so short you could see the nurves in his nails, from the pain he was puking all night and could hardly stand on his hind legs, then he was not even bath! Smelled same as I brought him in.the trim they gave him was insane especially on his hind legs bllotches of 1/2 inch long to long hair that didn't blend what so ever.seeing my dog so sick it will never happend again so hopefully people see this and be careful of bring ing there dog there.this was my boys second second visit,first time Renee done an awesome job with him but this second time I don't no what happened all I know is what my boy went through .and the worst part they charged me for this service very dissapointed.

Having 3 German shepherds makes it difficult to find a place to kennel them for an extended period of time. That wasn't the case here. Not only could I get a reservation for them but they all stayed together. Which made for a less stressful time for my fur babies and myself. I was able to call and check on them. What makes me recommend Woof Lodge is my youngest. She is very cautious about new people. That being said the staff was very patient with her. All in all a great experience. Thank you again 💓
